Just went here for the first time in the 2013 season. Â Wow - menu has changed, food was great, service was great and music was awesome. If you haven't been here or have been here and didn't like it - give it another try. Â I want to call this a bike hangout and it is, but there are many non-biker customers as well (that's evident by the parking lot). Â Parking is deceiving - looks packed out front, but plenty of parking in the back. Â The outdoor patio is one of the best in the area. Â Live music throughout the weekend. Â A must stop on the way up to Americade in June!
Review Source:I love the mill....I come here every Sunday in the summer for great live music....the wings can't be beat and the ice cold pale ale on tap is perfectl....yeah...I'm a regular. The team wait service is great and even if it is packed you get your food hot and fast.....The owner is frequently seen rolling up his sleeves and cooking, bussing, serving, tending the bar, whatever is needed......

Rude service takes away for what an others wise great location. Water Fountain bubbling away is very soothing! The food is pub food and nothing especial to rave. We go back again during a trip down the bike trail but that will be the only time we will come back.
Bar food, it was good. Drinks, they were cold. Atmosphere, it was nice, and you can tell it becomes a real good time.
I appreciated the outside seating, would be great with the group of friends that has no plans but to eat drink and be merry. I appreciated that there were adults there, not 16 year olds with fake IDs trying to drink themselves into a stupor. I like the place.
This was a lunch gathering before my two snow-bird friends fly south for the Winter.
Not a large selection of draft beer, and no craft brews, so I settled for a Guinness. Â The barmaid was properly skilled in pouring it.
My friends each ordered a burger - Bacon Cheddar ($8.50) and Traditional ($7.95). Â They do try to cook them to your requested doneness and both of my friends were happy with how each burger was cooked and tasted.
I ordered Chester's Pulled Pork Sandwich ($7.95) - Slow-smoked BBQ pork tenderloin topped with thinly sliced red onion. Â I thought the pork was both tender and tasty. Â If you've got a date later, you might want to hold the raw onion.
The rolls were fresh and soft. Â All sandwiches came with a choice of fries, Saratoga chips, or homemade tuna/mac salad. Â For a dollar extra, you can substitute sweet potato fries or onion rings. Â Also for a dollar extra, sandwiches can be made in a wrap style.
Overall, the food was good. Â When the snow-birds return we may return to sit on their patio in nicer weather.
So, you're out with friends near Round Lake. You want to drink. A lot. But, you're sick of the same old same old Applebees/Chili's/TGIF crap that adorns Clifton Park. And you're not up for the college-age dives that are everywhere else........ where the hell do you go?
Here. Seriously, here. If you're looking for a place to pound beers with friends that's clean and has good safe food, you can't go wrong. You will not find culinary brilliance here. What you will find is really good bar food, reasonably priced. Good selection of beers too.
Their deck/patio area is very nice - someone spent a *lot* of money on it, and it shows. Arrived here just before dinnertime, grabbed the last seat outside. They use team wait-staffing - no less than 5 people waited on us, all of them pleasant. Food came out in a reasonable time, had a good burger.
I will warn you - the place does get packed. The parking lot out front is small considering their seating capacity, so if you pull in and don't find a spot drive around to the backside of the building (accessible via side street).
This place is worth the drive in my opinion from Clifton Park or Saratoga to hang out with people in a chill drinking atmosphere during the outdoor months. Inside it is done really nice, but there is an extremely limited number of seats. Go early to ensure yourself a table outside.
