The smell of smoke and a yella sign that screams "BBQ" in large red letters are the only hints you need to find this hidden joint.
Pulled Pork (closer to a chopped pork), Brisket, Chicken, Ribs. Dry-rubbed, smoked, sauce on the side. Sauce is a Carolina style; vinegary, tomato-filled and slightly spicy. I don't care much for their sauce but their salty, smoky sweet and spicy ribs? That's another story. I've been known to eat quite a few.
Their pork is perfect. Big chunks that melt in your mouth. Their beans have pork in them too, but I don't like baked beans. These are smoky beans in a thin tomato sauce. Half pound of pork and 1 side will set you back a mere $7.
Some serious bbq is made here. Atmosphere isn't much, but hell, it's a bbq shack; I don't go for the pictures on the wall.
