I went on Friday night around 10:30 to meet up with a friend who's cousin was drummer in the local band called "Katy". Was Free cover all night for all and you dont need a players card to get in. Around 11pm there is a DJ that plays all the top Hits and more. Its Great that you can actually goto a real "Lounge" and chill or dance if you want to! Not usually a long line anymore as they have recently changed it up! Check it out =)

Mostly I think this place just isn't my scene. Unless you're over 40 and a chain smoker it may not be your scene either.
But, I went at the end of a friend's birthday bar crawl and found a huge plus - a rockin band and a huge dance floor. It didn't hurt that we got in for free and that I was already plenty liquored up.
Be prepared to fight off persistant potential dance partners and wait in line for a VERY long time if you want a drink.

I was here on a Saturday night. It is beautifully decorated, and nice for a low key, relaxed time with friends. There wasn't very many people there though, which surprise me for a Saturday. But still, it was a pretty fun time. I would go back.

It's casino nightclub, and not a particularly good one either. If you're looking for specifics, read Erica W's review. It's totally spot on. That said, if you live in Marysville, this is really the only spot to be. Doesn't speak so much to the quality of MPulse, just the total train wreck that is Marysville nightlife.

Sooo hard to get a hold of the lady in charge of the RSVP list, and to top it off when i FINALLY got a call back from her she was totally rude that i didnt end up going there.

So to all The yelpers here is the way to get on the guest list for sure..

Email: dawnh@tulalipresort.com

Write in subject line: RSVP list for mpulse lounge for... (date)

Provide first AND last name of all the people wanting to get onto the RSVP list. List ends at 6pm so email her before hand.

(Don't follow the phone number on the website because she can't take down any information so it's not even worth talking to her.)

Let me know if this helped :) and I hope ur experience will be better then mine!

This place blows. I'll give it 2 stars because drinks are reasonably priced for a "club" and the lady that reserved us our booth was very courteous and accomodating, even though we were reserving the booth about 4-5 hours before showing up. That was awesome.

That being said, I'll never come back to this place. The people that flock to this place are scum. Flat-out. Some 5'2" scumbag started hitting on my wife, and when she told him she was married, he started getting aggressive and even threatened her. I stepped in and told him to back off (I'm 6'4" 250) and he continued to stand around our booth. We told security about it, and they didn't give a shit. Awesome. All night I watched as guys accosted and harassed women, and even though they'd tell them to buzz off, the guys would continue to follow them around. This club is scumbag central. Don't even bother showing up here unless you're a sexual predator, or enjoy sexual predators. Chris Hansen would have a field day in this dump.

Too bad, the place is actually kinda nice looking and has a sweet outdoor firepit area to smoke and chill. It's a shame that even if you're dropping a ton of money on drinks, you have to spend the entire night on edge wondering if any women in your group are going to get attacked. Total fail, Mpulse.

Been here a few times each on a Saturday night - Security sucks here. We were back again this past weekend and my friends and I were racially profiled after only being there for less than five minutes. We reserved a booth and exceeded our tab easily and still got approached by the security mgr because they felt threatened by one of the guys in our group. Security will single you out if you're minorities. Emailed the director deputy of security of the casino/resort and got no response. Security staff lacks training at this lounge.

Had a GREAT time here last night! Here is a list of the PROS and CONS of Mpulse Lounge:

PRO:
Free cover if in by 10pm

CON:
The LINE to get in after 10 and the cover charge of $10.

PRO:
CHEAP drinks (And by cheap, 2 drinks under $10)

CON:
The LINE to get a drink!!

PRO:
If you have the money to swing getting a booth, you have your own personal waitress, which means NO drink line!

CON:
IF you have a booth, you are allowed 12 guest to sit in the area... if you have more than 12 people you can not rotate people to sit down. MEANING; if 10 guests are dancing, you can NOT have your un-wristbanded people sit in the reserved area. LAME!

PRO:
The outside patio! Awesome fire pit, covered tent and plenty of sitting room. This place must be sweeeet come summer time!

CON:
There is no where to sit INSIDE unless you pay $300 drink minimums on drinks and rent a booth.

PRO:
Dancing. Good music!

CON:
NO bathrooms inside the lounge! You have to go outside into the casino to go potty, ridiculous!

PRO:
If you're over 30, you don't feel like you're ancient like you do in the DT Seattle clubs with a bunch of newly turned 21-ers. Very eclectic mix of people... and talk about cougars on the prowl!! LOL!

CON:
30+ miles out of Seattle...

Overall though, all the positives outweight the negatives... I am indeed a fan of Mpulse Lounge. I will be back... I would love to go during summer and rent a room at the Tulalip Resort!!

I have to admit it...I love this place. My husband and friends might not exactly be into this scene but we always have fun here. We've had a VIP booth here and they are luxurious! Our own server, our own private couches....it's nice. I do enjoy the outdoor area with the heat lamps and fire pit. It's very cozy and very upscale for Marysville. All in all it's a great club to go to if you're up north and need something to do. Dress accordingly!

It gets 3 stars only for the fact that it's non-smoking. Other than that, it's a pretentious lounge, with extremely loud music, that thinks it's cool filled mostly with pretentious people who think they are cool...What they all seem to forget is that they're in Snohomish County, WA...NOT Los Angeles, and not even Seattle. The drinks are over-priced and weak. I can achieve the same, less pretentious atmosphere for cheaper by sitting on the couch at my house with the lights down low, and my iPod going. Plus my drinks are free and quite the opposite of weak.

I'm giving this place stars for thinking outside the box with the torches and glass firepit outside. Although, if the torches weren't out there in the patio it would seem like you were sipping martinis in a Wal-Mart parking lot with that ugly blank wall where the lounge entrance is. Maybe they could install some lighting or maybe some art to mix it up?

People complain about the drink prices, but they are about what you'd expect to pay in a cocktail lounge anywhere else. Here's where things get weird- the music is BAD BAD BAD. It's like "2004's lamest hip hop hits" or something in there (well this IS Marysville, so I digress) They also have a "no hats" rule (what is this- 7th grade?) but the clientele is NOT sophisticated (To their credit, this IS in a casino, after all). Lots of hicks and overgrown toddlers in big white tees pretending to drink Cristaaaaaal. Do you live in Seattle and complain about the bridge-and-tunnel crowd cramping your scene at your swanky cocktail bar? Guess where they're coming from.

This is a very chill lounge, and apparently they're trying to find their identity. The interior is very cool looking, stylish, and chill. Outside they have nice seating and a cool fireplace. There are tons of nooks and crannies where one could hide with friends over drinks and talk about the millions they made on craps.

Apparently they're not sure what they want to do w/ this lounge though---bartender said something about a piano bar, DJ club, etc.

Regardless, they have a decent drink selection, and it looks like it can be a cool place to chill whenever you're casino-ing it.
