Muddy Boots Cafe

My boyfriend and I tried Muddy Boots for the first time a couple days ago for brunch. I had hot tea and biscuits and gravy. So good. The gravy was peppery; just the way I like it. My boyfriend got a chai latte and nachos. The latte was probably better than Starbucks! But his nachos were a little generic with just shredded cheese, beans, and salsa.
We went back today and just had hot drinks. I tried the Dirty Chai Latte, which is a regular chai latte with a shot of espresso. It was very good.

We will definitely make Muddy Boots a regular restaurant when we visit Nashville.

Had breakfast here Sunday on the way out of town after a day of hiking Saturday. Tried a blueberry and a banana pancake and they were excellent. Big, so only ate half of each. Real chunks of banana and whole blueberries throughout. Coffee was good. A friend ordered hot tea and they bring a French press to your table.

My food was an extreme disappointment.

I had a sandwich Reverend ?? Big Damned Sandwich and it was terrible.

This was a lamb and bacon sandwich with some sauce. The bacon was hard, the lamp cut very thin was even harder and I guess the sauce was OK.

The folk singer was loud and I did not enjoy his songs or voice.

Never again.
