My wife and I arrived at about 330 for a late lunch and were one of only 3 or 4 tables. Â We sat ourselves per the sign and I guess they didn't notice us because we waited about 5 minutes before our waitress came by. Â I had gotten up and got the menus myself while we waited for her, so she asked if we were ready to order. Â I told her we needed just a couple more minutes. Â After 10 minutes I was discouraged, at 15 minutes we decided to make our way to Addison's. Â I wish I could be reviewing the food but that's not the case. Just the dismal customer service. Â Kitchen staff hanging out in the front of the building smoking, no hostess, no waitress. Â Just head on down to Addison's and save yourself the headache.
Review Source:When I was going to school at Mizzou, this was my place to splurge.
I dont care if I had $5 left in my account, I was going to find some way to eat there at least once a week. My goal was to try everything on the menu at least once.
I only got 1/4 of the way there before I graduated and everytime we pass through there I want to stop for dinner!
I usually got the steak sandwich since it was cheaper than an actual steak but that's basically all that it was.
Frogs legs are a must.
The best part is that they get most of their food and produce from local farmers. Fresh, in season and TASTY.
Also a great place for a date :) Pick a night when they have their live jazz music.
