This restaurant is so much better than what you typically find for mall food. The service is great and they have a very good selection in flatbreads and pasta. I enjoyed my flatbread but I would had liked it even more if they hadn't forgotten to substitute the goat cheese for feta as I asked. But other than that the ambiance is good, the food is good, and the service is good. Also a very nice selection of beers!

Amazing food, great atmosphere, great service, and a lovely atmosphere. We ate on the back patio and even in the middle of the day it was nice and cool because they have umbrellas and fans. The margerita pizza was delicious and the Captiva salad was to die for. The manager stopped by each table to talk to everyone about how the food and service was and the server Joshua was very helpful as it was our first time here. Great service and great food, definitely a great lunch location!

Food: This is a unique place offering a great twist on flatbreads and the Cosi like foods. Their flat breads are baked fresh and are crispy while offering a menu to provide ones palate with myriad of flavros. I ordered the General Tsao flatbread that placed me into a coal oven chinese pizza restaurant. It was sweet, spicy, cheesy, and filling. I would suggest adding some more spice to balance the added sweetness by the pineapples (a nice twist to a classic). Their dinner portion sizes are really good, I left nothing on my plate and was just the right amount of full.  Lunch portions are smaller and lighter.

Service: Nice service, a bit of a rude host. Servers tend to them selves and come around at appropriate times and they make of suggestions. It is in a nice location in the mall.

Interior: It has a tropical rustic interior... if that exists. It nice, cozy, and clean. There is plenty of seating and has outdoor seating for those looking for a tan while one eats.

Overall, when I return to Ft. Myers, I will be sure to stop by and discover the rest of this wonderful menu!

Overall pretty good. The facility lacked the cleanliness that I would prefer, i.e. bathroom was dirty, chairs dirty, and bench seats need a deep clean/replacement.

by far the best place at Miromar.

Flatbreads are delicious.   I like the small one available for lunch.  I had Sol, delicious with crispy proscuitto and goat cheese.   Excellent white meritage.  Nice wines by the glass at many price points.

I've eaten here probably 5 times and each time has been good.  Consistency is important in a restaurant.

Came here with a friend for lunch. We got the lunch special of the salad and flatbread pizza. Both were very good, but the flatbread portion was a little small. I'm glad I got the salad or I would still have been hungry. The service was good as well. A little pricy, so I would come for lunch to get a better deal. I would recommend it.

Love this place!  Great flatbread. Great wine. Second to the weather makes me glad to be back in Naples for the winter.

Unique, and good for Miromar outlets, since they have survived the 365 test (most places shutter their doors in under a year for renovations, or forever).  Pricey for they are offering, but the food is different so I've ate there a few times.  I'd recommend Beef O' Brady's across the street any day of the week. FYI.  It's that way

I loved this place.  We needed a break from shopping and this place was the best option.  They were soooo nice.  The service was amazing.  We started with apple goat cheese bruschetta which came out in a martini glass with little crostini.  Totally not what I expected but so very yummy.  There were 3 of us and we wanted to share a sandwich and a flatbread.  They split them onto 3 plates and brought us 3 side salads in the kitchen for no extra charge.  It was a really great meal, with really great service, at a great price.  I would definitely go back!

This place was pretty good for being at an outlet mall.  Met some family there to catch up.  Flatbread was excellent, beer was cold.  Great place for late lunch!

We've eaten at different Flatbread locations and this time the pizza crust wasn't  over cooked and hard - a nice surprise.   We had a late lunch and it wasn't over crowded.

I eat at the one in Naples, and love the flatbread and salads. Great wine selection too. Up shopping at Miromar today (12/29/11) so decided to end the day with some pizza and salad.  The hostess was not to be seen and the Que was getting longer. A waitress came up and asked us if we had been waited on, I said no and asked for a table for 2. She grabbed 2 menus and put them on a table for 2 - I guess in her section; which was by the silverware service area (and quite noisy). She walked away and didn't even show us the table. I stood there for a second and was going to ask for another table and she said with a wave of her hand, "you need to sit down!"  As if we had not been to a restaurant before.  The wave of the hand was the rudest part and she raised her voice and looked down at us. I stepped toward her and I said we wanted a quieter table and she yanked the menus up and took us to the corner, sat the menus on the table and said; "there you go!"... without checking if that table was good.  It was right by the kitchen but we gave up. She walked away without even looking over at us. The letter B comes to mind. She was uber snotty and I guess thought she was working at the Saks of Pizzerias.  Not!  I was with my Mom and she wanted to leave based on our treatment.  I didn't get her name. She had on black pants, around 40 ish with a bun and brown hair and had keys jangling all over on her belt as she walked. Very rude and snotty. When walking out the hostess was in a wrap black dress and she looked at us leaving and didn't even smile when she made eye contact. No "thank you for coming in" and no goodbye. Very snotty atmosphere; no smile test passed there!  This should be a fun atmosphere, but it's not.

Our waitress was the two stars, just a doll and very nice, and we had good food (except Lettuce was warm and wilted on our salad. Pizza good.  Food is the reason to come back but the culture; bad.  Not friendly or gracious at all.  The hostess and the waitress should work in the mall pizza joint and not in what is supposed to be a nicer restaurant.

Naples location -tables are squished in together but food is good and fresh.

@Ralph - the place was not swamped so throw that excuse out the door...and there is never an excuse for rudeness or snotty servers.  Read the review.  The hostess also did not pass the nice smile test either. If one busy day throws off your staff, they need more training and you need more staff. Rudeness cannot be coached out; it is a personality trait.

We love to eat here during the week. Mon. kids eat free, Tue. buy one get one 1/2 off pizza, Thurs. half price roasted wings! My kids go crazy for there smore dessert. You actually get to roast the marshmallows on a little heater with a stick and then make the smore's yourself. They taste just like over a camp fire!  Out of this world. Great deals and always perfect food. Oh, and of course happy hour everyday 4-7. You can't beat that!

Happy hour is great, I love this place, everytime I come to Naples I come here. The lobster flatbread was awesome as well as the shrimp.
It is modern and clean and the prices are not that bad either.

I wanted to like this place.  I really did.  It is modern looking, nicely decorated, and the atmosphere screamed good food.

Nope.  They should replace all the pictures on their website with a picture of a microwave and a giant arrow pointing to it, with the caption "much of your food comes from me."

We had two salads - the Sanibel (sub salmon for chicken) and the Summer Seasonal.

When asked if he could prepare the salmon medium, our waiter replied "probably not, we get it pre cooked and just nuke it in the microwave."  Well, that's honest.  Why we didn't just finish our drinks and leave at that point, I don't know.

My mind was immediately drawn to Hell's Kitchen / Kitchen Nightmares, and I imagined Gordon Ramsay starting up a swearstorm and/or throwing something at someone.

It showed, the salmon didn't taste like fish at all.  It was ocean cardboard.

The only redeeming feature (and the reason for that second star, beyond the fact that they had a pretty good drink selection and did not try to microwave my beer) is that my Summer Seasonal salad was actually pretty good, minus the chicken (I'm betting that came from the microwave too, it was terrible.)

So, if you are looking for a glass of wine and some lettuce, you'll probably leave satisfied.  Otherwise I would eat pre-outlet adventure or one of the other choices close by.

Oh yeah, the TV behind the bar is situated behind an additional piece of glass that has water running over it.  Cool effect, except it was impossible for me to watch golf because the ball was pretty much invisible.

Located in the Miromar Outlets, this place provides a welcome respite from a long day of shopping. Outdoor seating is plentiful and while I was there pretty late for lunch, it wasn't overly crowded (especially in comparison to the harried, under-staffed places in the "Restaurant Piazza".

I had the $10 lunch special, which was a good deal with a side salad (Ceasar or House) and a flatbread pizza. My Caesar Salad was little heavily dressed, but with good, crisp Romaine and a nice tangy, creamy Ceasar dressing. The flatbread was a good size and the crust had that nice brick oven finish. I got the "Zesto Pesto" flatbread with chicken, pesto, onions, garlic, and sun dried tomatoes, which was very tasty.

Service was a bit spotty. I was left alone for pretty long stretches; someone other than my server finally noticed I was out of iced tea and brought me more (good on teamwork, but bad on my server) and I had to wait quite a while for the check after I was finished.

I can't imagine coming to this location (there's another one in Naples) if I wasn't shopping there, but it seems like one of the best dining options for when you're there.

We ate here with a large group and they were very accomodating.  There is a good selection of flatbread, salad, panini's and pizza. I had the Mediterrean Flat Bread & it was delicious.  The service was very fast & friendly.

Our neighbors recommended this. A wide variety of interesting flat breads , we had the "Basilica" which was very good. The wine selection was solid and we benefited from half price Wednesday. We added a salad which was average at best. The space could be very interesting in terms of decor, but they have chosen to flood it with TV',s leaving it with a sports bar feeling. Our server was attentive and helpful. I would really give this a 3.5, but the system won't let me.

Came here for lunch while doing some shopping on a Sunday afternoon. they had different lunch specials which were fairly priced. decided on a flatbread + salad. salad consisted of lettuce and shredded carrots with no choice of dressing. flatbread was drenched in balsamic reduction as was my friends. they seem to drown out any flavor and overpower anything else. wasn't much I enjoyed. service was spotty. doubtful i'd stop by again if in the area.
