They are still there.  No buffet anymore.  It is cleaner than I remember from before.  Ambience is standard for these  walk-up-and-order kind of places. Dine in, or carry out.  Cookie-cutter standard Chinese, with the back-lit pictures above the counter, and the same printed menu that you see everywhere.
I had my standard Moo Goo Gai Pan, and I was pleased. Very tasty, with fresh (not canned) mushrooms, with cooked-just-right meat and veg. Â Only $4.50 for the standard lunch specials, so great price, but the serving size was smaller than is normal elsewhere, and I was stll hungry.
My dine-in meal was served on a hard plastic re-useable plate, with stainless steel utensils. Â Beverages are self-serve from a soda fountain, or come in plastic bottles from the cooler. Â The food was brought out to my table when ready.
I'll go back when I'm in the area and feel like having Chinese food.
