So we got a mailer from these guys. Â I thought that the extensive menu looked good, the prices seemed decent, and the promise of free delivery kind of sealed the deal. Â At least I thought it did.
We tried to order online, but their website gave me an error message every time I tried. Â So that's out the window. Â We called in our order instead, and being relatively reasonable people, expected that it might take a while, since there's an inch of snow on the ground. Â I guess the first clue should have been when the lady taking the order told my wife that "it might take a while, because our driver is not very good."
So a little over an hour goes by, and nothing. Â My wife calls them, and the lady on the phone says "he'll be there in 5 minutes." Â So 45 minutes later, my wife calls back and offers directions to the lady on the phone. Â She tells my wife, "he'll be there in two minutes," and then hangs up on my wife. Â I'm writing this review about 20 minutes later-it's now been over two hours, and no sign of our food yet.
I'd love to review the food, but since I doubt I'll ever see any at this rate, this review pertains to the service we've received so far. Â Looks like the mailer is going in the trash, and we'll be finding somewhere else to eat Asian food.
I was a regular customer, placed my third order this month tonight and have probably ordered from them more than twenty times. Â The food is always good but has lost quality lately.
Tonight the driver arrived at my apartment complex in about forty minutes which was good because it was snowing. Â Upon arrival the driver called for instructions and I told him what the door code was and that the parking garage was open and that he could drive up. Â He hangs up and after ten minutes calls back and says, "what do you want me to do?", I reply I would like you to deliver the food to my door and that I had a good tip for him. Â I ended up not having dinner as my food was never delivered.
There are far better places with far better service.
