A lot of the reviews for this location note the nostalgia factor here, and for good reason. I can imagine several birthdays here with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle cakes that mom picked up from the Joe O'Malia's across the street. It's a time capsule that serves pizza and I hope it never changes. There's nothing really fancy or trendy about it and it'll never be the hip new place at serves a bacon flight pizza shooter, but it's always going to be Noble Roman's
Review Source:Walking into the Chapel Hill Nobel Roman's is like stepping back to the 80s. Â Nostalgia, for sure. Â Just wish they would consider putting in a window on the west side of the building to bring in some light!
The pizza is as good as I remember. Â But...ordering and trying to use a coupon can be tricky. Â For the time being, corporate Nobel Roman's is running the menu. Â I even had it printed off and had assumed my large one topping pizza would be $10.99 and the breadsticks would be $1.99 as listed on the web page. Â I had a coupon for an additional order of breadsticks. Â Had to really dig deep into my pockets to pay up. Â I thought my total would be under $15.00. Â Lo and behold, the young gentleman taking my order told me, "We don't honor those." Â He was pointing to the corporate menu with pricing. Â The bill came to nearly $22.00.
To say the least, I will not be back.
