Old Globe Saloon

Cool old school bar in the heart of downtown carson city, with old men chillin on the stools watchin' tv, just like cheers or somethin'.

  Been around in one form or another for like over a 100 years- cool old school sign out front and the staples- wood paneling, carpet, old framed pics on the walls, etc. One bummer was no taxidermy at all- not even a jackalope! WTF?! Also the jukebox was a suck ass internet one. Plus was the electric dartboard, that was cool.
The men's room had no funny graffiti nor a condom or "adult novelty" machine- points off for that. At least they din't totally reek of pee, like the last place we went to...

We just had a couple beers and hung out-  just to chill for a min and escape the cold snow outside. Then burned rubber. Adios!
