Whisky Tavern

This bar has completely had a 180 degree turn around and is now a great, fun place to gather with friends and not worry about being harassed by undesirable gang members and such.  For the grand opening we even took my parents here and they enjoyed it very much.  Beautiful fire place, 2 new pool tables, 2 new electronic dart games and a Itouch jukebox that is really cool.  Clean, clean, clean! I love that there is security at the door.  The main bartender is also very good, attentive, and nows how to mix a proper drink.  This location once had a bad name, but the new owners have done a great job in turning it around and keeping it that way.  Had a great time and we'll be back again and again!

Let's set the record straight...I am the owner of this bar. Last I checked, I do not own a store or a car lot, and I am a female who has put a lot of time into redoing this building completely. So, please before you go slinging bad and false info about my bar, take it up with me. It is obvious, you have not been into my new bar, because it has been completely redone, it is not dark and dingy on the inside and our new clientele is great. The city has supported me in turning this place around and cleaning out what had previously visited the prior establishment and that I am grateful for. So, next time your in the area...instead of making accusations and slandering my business, why don't you stop in, take a look around at the new clean building and let us buy you a drink that you obviously need. But, please don't be offended if my door guys or bartenders card you...that's their job and it is what I have them do to weed out unwelcome business.

The owner owns the store next to the bar and the car lot next to the store, so lets try to tub a bar??  This bar has been here forever, AKA Katie's and the K-Bar.  Yes, I have been in the past and its a dark yucky bar.   From the pics posted of the Whisky Tavern, it looks like nothing has changed...........
