    STAY AWAY!

This was the WORST and most insulting meal I can remember having.

I let the waitress know that the curry she said was 'the best thing on the menu' was drenched in white pepper with very little curry in it, and was very bitter / hot vs. spicey or curry-like. She did not seem surprised, saying the chef was new.

Even though I left half the meal (I ate half, in misery, out of pure starvation), and after the waitress appeared to have talked with the manager on duty, the restaurant charged me full price.

The waitreess gave me 2 drink coupons for 'another time'  - which I left there - since feeling ripped off for $16 and hungry, having wasted my dinner break before going back to work, does not encourage me to come back, and ruined my evening.

Restaurants make an occasional mistake. BUT when was the last time you couldn't eat the food - no one was surprised - and the restaurant wanted you to pay full price for it anyway??

I had the misfortune of driving from Denver for an event at this location just recently and if you ever have the desire to do that I highly reccommend you don't. I looked over their website before going and it seemed like a decent enough place untill I got there.
$8.00 for a 20oz pint of Guinness or Smithwicks??? $7.00 for the bog standard 16oz pint. I have had Guinness and Smithwicks all over the metro area and here is a sample of what you would pay for it, The Irish Rover: $5.50 for 20oz Pint, Doughertys: $5.50 for 20oz pint, Katie Mullens: $6.50 for 20oz pint, the Irish Snug: $5.50 for a 20oz pint. Conor O'Neills in Boulder $5.50 for a 20oz pint. To make matters worse, they advertize much lower prices on their website.
To add insult to injury, the food was overpriced and terrible too for what I would consider MEDIOCRE bar food. For basic bar fare for myself, mygirlfriend my daughter and her friend, both of whom only drank water, 2 20oz pints of Smithwicks @ $8.00 ea. 2 glasses of red wine @ $9.00 ea. it came to $102.00!!!
To top it all off it was busy because of the event and the staff could not handle it yet they knew well in advance the numbers that would be attendiing.
The only place I have spent that kind of money on a pint of Guinness was in NYC in downtown Manhattan where I believe the rent is a little higher.
Avoid this psuedo Irish Bar at all costs, it is a rip off, the food is bad and the service worse. Frequent the other locations I mentioned above where you will get better food, better service at reasonable prices with a more authentic Irish feel.

Awful food and service. A memorable restaurant experience in the worst possible way. Atmosphere is neat so it's really a shame they do everything wrong.
