Old Town Pub & Restaurant

We didn't spend a lot of time here but it seemed like a good place to spend some time.  We had lunch and a couple of beers here on Sunday afternoon and it was very quiet.  The food was good and the service was very good.  I did see the prime rib and it looked amazing.

Great food and service. Love this place. Good beer offering, good music. Perfect place to chill after skiing.

My husband and I went there for our first night in steamboat.  At first it seemed okay.  I ordered the venison chili and my husband had the buffalo burger.  We both enjoyed our meals.  The server wasn't really that good - but nothing bad enough to deserve a one star review.  It wasn't til we left, that things got bad.  My husbands stomach started hurting and was still hurting when he woke up.  A few hours into the morning out of the blue he started violently vomiting immediately followed by a fever so high that he was physically shaking.  Its about 8 hours after this happened and luckily he is no longer shaking but he hasn't been able to leave the hotel bed yet.  The vomiting & fever came on suddeningly and he had absolutely no signs of the flu previously and we hadn't eaten anything else that day since lunch. I described what happened because since we did not go to the hospital there is not an official diagnosis, I thought it best to let you draw your own conclusions.
