What's more fun than friends, music, wine, and painting? All supplies needed including an apron are provided. I went on a pet rescue fundraiser night where one of my pets was pre-sketched. We were walked trough how to paint our pets. Artists also circulated to help with color blending and feature shaping. There was fun music playing throughout. We had a snack break with veggies, pizza, and dessert provided. Wine, beer, and soft drinks were available for a reasonable price. Lots of fun especially for a fundraiser :)

My brother got a gift certificate for our mom for Mother's Day, and since he lives in another state, he enlisted me to take her. I told a friend and her mom about it, so we all went and we had a great time at Paint by the Glass.

The wine selection was decent and affordable. A glass was $4 (with tax) or you could opt for a whole bottle (though I am not sure how much that was). The appetizers were delicious, especially the little chocolate cupcakes.

The painting experience was incredibly fun. My mom possesses a great deal of artistic talent, so it was my brother's idea to get her excited about painting again. It was such a fun experience that she said she definitely wants to do it again soon. It was so cool to paint for a couple of hours and then have a fully completed piece of art, dry and ready to hang on the wall at home.

The ladies who run this place create a fun atmosphere with bouncy music. It would be a great event for a group, and is even kid-friendly. I love that your level of artistic ability is irrelevant. From beginners to more-seasoned artists, everyone is assured to have a great time.

Note on location: Paint by the Glass is located in a strip mall across from Kroger on Princeton-Glendale road. It's kind of a "blink and you'll miss it" kind of place, as many places nestled in strip malls are, so the Kroger across the street is a perfect landmark to help find it.

I wanted to try a Girl's Night Out at Paint By The Glass. When I called initially, they made it very easy for me to organize for my group. I called a several times to add people and they were always friendly and explained the process very well.

When you get there, the place is playing music and people are having a good time. You walk to the back to pay and choose your glass of wine! The cost is $35 which includes 1 glass of wine and appetizers. Each additional glass of wine is only $3.50. They had a nice organic red wine that I enjoyed, twice!

There is a theme for each class and the canvas is outlined in pencil for you. They have 2 REAL artists who direct you on how to paint and give you a couple of different examples on how you'd like yours to look. You just drink and play with paint! In the end you have a nice little piece of art to take home! It was so fun and I will definitely do it again!

Thank you for a great time!

I had bought a Groupon to this place in January and used it this month. It was $17 for a normally $35 class. The concept is painting art while drinking wine. They also have music playing to get the creative juices flowing. We decided to make this our girls night activity for February.

We weren't quite prepared for how lonnng of a haul it was, plus it was rush hour traffic. So be prepared for a trek if you don't live in West Chester. When we got there, I was relieved to see that the painting was already lightly outlined in pencil. Really helpful for a non-artist.

What I was disappointed about though, was that the wine isn't included in the cost. It's an additional $3.50 per cup, not sure about a full bottle. I would've been upset if I hadn't already had such a huge discount. When I did a wine and yoga class at The Yoga Bar, the wine was included in the price, so I was assuming it would be the same for here. Nope.

Other than that, it was a fun time. We all loved our masterpieces and there were slight differences that personalized each painting. The instructor was helpful and patient, and they brought out a spread of hors d'oeuvres halfway through the class (meatballs, cheese and crackers, fruit). They have a variety of paintings available. Check the online calendar for the scheduled painting of the day, they usually have them set at least a month out. http://Dealsthatgiveback… also offers a $19 Groupon-type deal. Another option with the same concept is Cheers to Art (in Madeira)... more centrally located, different paintings, great Yelp reviews.
