Buffalo Wild Wings

This Buffalo Wild Wings has to be one of the worst customer service locations in the entire franchise.

Myself and 2 guests went for lunch on a Friday for lunch at 1:00pm.  Upon entering the restaurant, there was no hostess at the stand when we came in.  After waiting several minutes, someone in our group asked the girl at the front counter if we were to seat ourselves.  She said "No" and walked into the kitchen.  Finally someone came and took us to a table.  There were maybe 2 other tables in the entire restaurant that had patrons.  The hostess gave us 2 menus for 3 people, clearly recognized his error but never offered to get a 3rd menu.  Took another 5-7 minutes for our waiter to make his way to our table despite the restaurant being empty.  We ordered our food right away realizing this might take a while.  Not a complicated order 2 wraps, one with fries the other with chips and salsa and the chicken tender slammers with chips and salsa.  Took over 25 minutes to get our order.  

Normally I like to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt, but it should not take 25 minutes for an empty restaurant to make 2 wraps, fry 2 chicken tenders, and an order of fries.  

It's easy to see why others also do not frequent this restaurant as much as the surrounding restaurants.

I am seriously not a fan of this Buffalo Wild Wings. I've been there 3 times now, and each time the food is overly fried and lacking in flavor. The TVs are always BLASTING at an uncomfortable level, too. One of my favorite things from the BW3's in Cleveland was the Southwest Ranch Chicken Wrap. They took it off the menu at this location, and will give you the gross "grilled" (rubbery, processed) Southwest queso wrap that you won't even want to finish. There are NO dishes-only cardboard boxes with STICKERS on them, even when you're dining in. It makes you feel very unwelcome and rushed (and I gag at the thought of stickers being near my food.) You can taste how fried the wings are underneath the sauce. The servers aren't all that impressive. Manager is kind, but borderline creepy (only makes eye contact with female patrons.) They do have yummy non-alcoholic drinks and free wifi though!

I went to this location yesterday for the first time to enjoy $0.50 wing Tuesday. We were told to seat ourselves (not normal) and once we found an available booth we waited for our server. I only noticed 2 servers so we figured one had to be ours. Neither server approached us for 10 minutes. I finally flagged the female waitress down and she brought us some drinks and said the guy was our waiter and he was on his way over. He never came to our table so I had to once again flag down the female server and had her take our order. He never even came to our table once to say hi or his name. There wasn't even a lot of people like hardly any at ALL! I had to flag him down (the female servers shift had ended by then smh...) and remind him to check and see if our food was done! This was after waiting forever and seeing other people who came in after us get their food. Not that we asked but the manager came over and I let him know how horrible it was. He just apologized and walked away. Pointless! After waiting that long my friends meal still wasn't even right. The waiter charged her for the food she never received and only fixed it once we spotted the error. All in all save your time and don't visit this location!!!! Try the Hyde Park location instead!!!! I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!!!!
