Cock & Bull English Pub

Really love this place! One of my favorite taverns to hang out in and enjoy their delicious food!

Really love their chili, especially their fish and chips and Reuben sandwiches! The fries are awesome as well!

My family and I LOVE the Cock and Bull English Pub!

The atmosphere of the pub is small and can get pretty full during peak meal times. However, the wait staff are very accommodating and efficient in ensuring that patrons are seated in a timely manner. Another option that is generally available as an option is to sit at the bar.

The food is generally pretty good - I highly recommend the shrimp bisque and I also recommend the fish and chips. One of the sides, sweet potato fries are also REALLY good. Finally, my favorite must have for food is the belgian pretzels - they are SO GOOD.

In terms of beverages, specifically beer, this place has the best variety of beers on tap in the area in my opinion! The bartenders are awesome and will let you taste beers on tap before deciding on one and most of their options will meet every beer fanatics fancy - if you want hoppy or lighter or what have you.

Overall, I just love this place and enjoy coming here for happy hour (M-F | 4-7 p.m.) or dinner!

Brunch at this place was awful.  The food was nasty and the service horrid.  We did have a large group but still bad.  It took over an hour and a half to get the food out to us.  Once we got food half of it had to be sent back because it was cold.  The only they that got this place a two star instead of a one star was the manager.  We ended up getting all of the food taken off the bill because of every thing.  I am normally not one to complain about restaurants and staff because i have worked food service before but still.  The other Cock & Bull in Covington I like but this one I will most likely never go back to.
