Papa John's Pizza

We don't order pizza a lot, and I have had 2 experiences within 6 months.  My latest one took two hours to get a single topping large pizza on a Wednesday evening.  When I ordered they told me 50 minutes,(ordered at 6:40)(totally acceptable in my opinion ...not a problem)  but when 8:00 rolled around and still not pizza.  I got a little upset (I live about a mile from the restaurant)  I called and they told me my pizza left the store at 7:50, so I was thinking i should be getting it any time.  Plymouth is not a big town. Even if you had to make a delivery and go across town for your next one, it does not take that much time.  I finally got my pizza at 8:45.  Keep in mind, my pizza was out of the oven for nearly an hour.  When I got it, it was cold, and rubbery, like pizza gets when it sits out.  Not to mention it was burnt on the edges.  I would be embarrassed to send that out to a customer.  The only thing the girl time me when I called to complain was we were busy...That's not my fault, schedule more people!  The Delivery person was a young kid, my guess he stopped at a Buddy's house for a while on the job...

I would recommend going somewhere else for your pizza,  I am not impressed with this place at all!!!
