Old School place. Don't think a thing has changed in the 50 years they've been there. But that's all good. Was told to go here for the pizza. Sign said "seafood" on the outside, no idea if that's important to the actual menu but when I go back, and I will, it will be something to check out.
As the pizza and salad turned out, this was comfort food. Ordered a side salad to share as it was quite late, waitress could not have been nicer, she made it "big" enough for two.
Real old time Italian salad. Delicious. Red wine vinegar, like grandma used to do.
Pizza, half sweet/hot sausage- thin crust, good sauce, done perfectly. A winner.
2 glasses of house wine, never saw a menu! Nothing to worry about price wise.
If you're in the area, it's worth a visit.
Returned to Paradise, and ordered off the menu.
Chose sausage with Broccoli Rabe over a bed of ziti, house salad, pitcher of Yuengling beer, including tax and tip, was $35 (pics uploaded)
Served complimentary cookies too at the end of the meal.
Consistently tasty food and good value in a neighborhood destination.
Tip: Â If you don't see something, just ask. They seem welcoming to accommodate.
No Wi-Fi though.
Very friendly staff in this low-key restaurant. Prices are ok, restaurant is nothing fancy but everything is very clean. I've eaten here twice and enjoyed both meals
.
The first time I ordered lasagna, which was good but there was a little too much sauce/not enough cheese for my liking. Very good though, as was the bread served with it.
The 2nd visit I had pizza, which was really good!! Just the right cheese-dough-sauce ratio. Next visit I will ask for well-done...the crust was a bit on the soft side.
I'd definitely recommend Paradise B&G if you are looking for a casual, tasty, homestyle-feel Italian meal and are in Northern Westchester!
There's no website, no menu online and they don't deliver but don't let that deter you! Â This place was recommended by our real estate agent before we moved to the area. Â It's taken us a while to finally get here, but I'm already thinking of when we'll be going back.
Despite the fact that the sign outside advertises "seafood", we were here for the pizza and it did not disappoint. Â The pizza was fantastic. Â My husband likes thick crust, I like thin - this was perfect for both of us. Â We also were persuaded to dessert - a cream puff and a piece of some kind of cake with fresh berries. Â We couldn't decide which one we liked more!
This place is truly wonderful. Â Â I have been quite a few times for lunch and always order the mushroom pizza. Â We have also ordered salad and a couple of appetizers such as fried mozzarella and also eggplant. Â The pizza is wonderful. Â It is unique from all of the other pizza places around. Â It's fabulous. Â My coworkers and I love it. Â Several of us go and all agree that it is the best! Â I would love to go and try some of their other dishes as well but usually we only have time for a quick lunch. Â When they bring the check there is always homemade cookies or the cream puff. Â So delicious! Â And finally... Â I could not NOT mention the service... Â very, very friendly. Â We will definitely go back again and again and I would recommend it to anyone.
Review Source:Stopped in again this weekend for my brothers birthday. It is like sitting in your big Italian family's living room. It is so comfortable warm and inviting. They staff is fantastic and the family is always on hand to make you any of their incredible specialties.
There were no cream puffs this trip but I think I may have found something that is comparable. The cake I ate was OUT OF THIS WORLD.
