Mark (the owner) is a real class act! He took care of my kids for prom, all 80 of them in one bus, and did a great job. Every other place I called wanted to charge me per person (some ending up to be $900 per hour) and Mark charged me by the hour and didn't change the price that was quoted on the website and didn't up charge us because it was peak season. I will definitely use him again and absolutely recommend him to everyone I know.

Two stars because the inside of the bus was so awesome BUT, our experience was one of many disappointments.  We had a 7:00PM reservation for a group of high school prom students. The bus arrived 30+ minutes late.  Usually limos or airport transportation I have taken are always early.  Driver did give us a heads up when he was late so that was good.  When the event was over, the bus was not there for the kids. It arrived late, again, because another bus in their fleet broke down and when another bus from the company was sent to rescue it, that bus broke down also (makes me wonder about their  bus maintenance.) So our bus was delayed due to the other two buses breaking down. Dance was over at 11:00PM.  Our bus hung in the parking lot until security finally told them they had to leave the property and then the bus driver killed more time until finally getting the kids on the road home at 12:30AM (an hour and a half after the dance) with an extra 30 kids from one of the buses that broke down!!!  I was told the legal numbers the bus could hold and they were definitely over their limit!  Our kids, that paid quite a large amount of money for this bus, had to stay on the top level while the "rescued" kids were on the bottom. To make matters worse, rather than drop our kids off first, since it was their bus, the others got dropped off first.
Out of all fairness, I must say, the bus driver truly did his best.  I am thankful he got the kids home safely.  At one point a student on the bus(who does not attend our school but was a guest of one of our students) was disrespectful and the bus driver communicated that to me.  I reassured him we do not raise our children to behave in that manner and I am told that one of the Guidance Counselors that was chaperoning the dance also stepped in and took care of the problem.
I would like the company to give each child a $5.00-$10.00 refund for the bus amount they paid.  The company gave us a 10% off voucher the next time we use the bus for 6 hours or more.  I don't think that is going to happen.  I don't feel like 10% off the next service is just compensation for a disappointing Prom night experience.  Not that we can change it but I would feel better if  we could give the kids (and parents) some of their money back.
I am so glad we have social media to share our experiences.  I have used Yelp quite a bit and find them to be right on!
