The problem here is training. Â The service staff apparently has no rules. Â Never should you go into a place and stand there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging you. Â This has happened the last 3 times I went there. Â Last time we decided to seat ourselves and STILL no one said boo to us. Â Finally a CUSTOMER gave us their menus!! Â Waited another 10 minutes and nobody. Â Both the waitress (why is there only ONE at lunch time on Saturday?) and the bartender were serving. Â Both ignored us equally - I couldn't take it any more. Â My husband and I along with our $50 walked out the door. Â Owner needs to step up training and expectations of his staff.
