sub par food good wait staff but horrible ownership:

Woody's Bar And Grill Bayport, MN owner Brad Smith has known mold problems in his property and refused to address the issue. As you can see from the pictures the mold resulted from a leaking roof causing the collapse of the ceiling in the master bedroom of the house he rents out on 237 Central Ave Bayport, MN 55003. This home does not only have issues with a leaking roof but also rodents and a flooding basement. The wood in the eaves have rotted out and rodents have taken residency in the walls of this home. Brad, the owner has not addressed this issue. The basement floods whenever it rains, this wasn't disclosed to us and has caused damage to our personal property.

We moved out of this property due to his refusal to remedy the situation and repair this property. We even offered to pay him more monthly to FIX IT!

The day we were moving out, our neighbor informed us that the previous renters had major health issues and suffered from the md in the home... It appears to us this was never fixed.

Brad has refused to respond to our phone calls and texts. Please let people know about this property and the health concerns and dangerous living conditions associated with it.

Came here for a work Happy Hour last week and had a good time.  Their Happy Hour specials for food are a pretty good deal, a number of appetizers at $4 each.  We tried the Italian fries, popcorn shrimp, and bacon cheddar fries.  The hit of the night was the fries by far.  Seasoned waffle fries topped with real cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions, served with a side of seasoned sour cream.  Yum!
I might suggest this place for lunch one day seeing as how on Tuesdays they have burger specials.  And it's close to work.
Not a bad place for a work happy hour!

Decent food, stopped in for lunch as we were in the area, kind of expensive ($9 burger) but pretty good.  Had coleslaw with my burger, was nothing special.

I wouldn't make a special trip out here to eat, but if I was in the area and hungry I wouldn't mind stopping by again.
