Great beer, great food, great staff, great music, great atmosphere.  What else do you need?

Tavern in a small town and the only place open, I wasn't expecting much from  the food. Booooy was I wrong! The pull pork and onion rings were top notch and surprisingly paired really well with their Chianti.

Five stars for the beers, the service, the scene, and the good company.  (I can't speak to the food since I didn't order any.)

To give a sense of how much this place is respected by the locals, you'll find on the wall a certificate from the Buddhist temple up the street.  It's authentic.  The wise ones know where to go.

Ask to go upstairs and see the mid-century family room, completely decked out in mid-1960s kitsch, games, furniture, &c.
