Went there for a steak sandwich, mediocre piece of meat, the grilled onions were the greasy almost orange in color junk you get once in a while, in all bad flavor. The people are friendly , but this place is more bar than fast food joint, not fancy, not pleasant decor. If I wanted to drink my lunch this might be the place.
Review Source:I have been driving past Perk's for years because it is about a half mile from my office. Â For some reason I never thought to stop in. Â Well I finally did and it wasn't what I expected at all. Â Based on the signage and the outdoor tables I thought it was a typical hot dog joint. Â When I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed a sign that said "Full Bar" and I thought that was odd. Â Walking in there is actually a full bar with stools and everything. Â But it is not just a bar, as there is ample table seating too. Â There are lots of windows so the whole place is well lit in the afternoon. Â Perk's is a mix between a diner and a bar with a very casual feel to it. Â If you are looking for corporate, then this isn't the place for you.
The waitress was friendly and appropriately attentive. Â The food came quickly. Â It wasn't fancy, but I didn't expect it to be. Â My first meal was the Friday fish special. Â Typical deep fried wedges of fish and some fries. Â I liked it for what it was.
Overall, I liked my lunch at Perk's. Â If nothing else, it is fast food that is close to my office and that will make it an option in the future. Â I will write a more detailed review after a few more visits.
Perk's does not have a company website, but you can find them on Facebook.  <a href="/redir?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fpages%2FPerks-Bar-and-Grill%2F106861119399587&s=1fc56b51d85cac3ea605d346376300a2c0db2e4f5d06b4c7b2621d1e0f979ef8" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://www.facebook.com…</a>
