Damn good Pho! Veggie pho and veggie egg rolls are incredible. Prices are good and the service was excellent. We'll be back!

This was the first time I had ever had pho. I got the beef brisket pho and it was fabulous! Their prices and portions were affordable and just perfect. My family loves coming here. I know my next try will be the pho ga. I cannot wait to come back here.

I love pho and this is one of the few places that nailed the flavorful broth on the head, great looking place and great service.

Pho Vy is almost as good as my favorite place, Pho Duy. I stopped by there on the way home from Colorado Springs last night when my throat started hurting. I ordered a large chicken pho with ginger with added fried tofu to go.

The guy who took my order was super nice and helpful, my soup came out within five minutes, and when I got home an hour later, I opened up my food parcel and found a perfectly separated smorgasbord of yumminess, including all of the accouterments, like fish sauce, hot sauce, and hoisin sauce. The portion of basil and bean sprouts I got was a little stingy, but I can overlook that.

The broth is less flavorful than my favorite broth, but all of them are. Otherwise, it was extremely good, and I feel much better this morning. So far, I've eaten two decent-sized bowls and still have enough for one more.

If I'm ever in the area again and get a hankering, I'll gladly stop by.

Wonderful, authentic food for being in Parker. Worth the drive out. Good and friendly solid service. Woudn't hesitate to go back.

As far as quality goes in the world of pho... this place is PHO-NTASTIC! Located in Parker just off Lincoln, Pho Vy is a seat-yourself restaurant with several options. I ordered the vegetarian pho and was weary because I was afraid the broth wouldn't be as tasty without meat to flavor it... I stand corrected! I don't eat pho too often but this dish was pretty much as good as it gets.

Can't quite give it 5 stars though because we ordered a mango/coconut boba drink and it is much too sweet for my taste... also the boba doesn't taste all that fresh. They do have lychee flavor though which is exciting since I'm obsessed with lychee but no one on the mainland seems to know what it is/how to pronounce it. I will give their boba a second chance and go with the lychee next time around!

The pho here is ok... It's usually super greasy =( Please make it less greasy. Otherwise, the shrimp spring rolls here are second to none and the service is excellent. They even played Batman (Dark knight) while I was eating. Great place to eat if you're in Parker!

Wow! That was a wonderful Pho surprise. :-) I enjoyed a delicious lunch and had to order a to-go container as it was such a generous portion! Yum...I will post pictures and that is worth a thousand words. Not to be missed if in the neighborhood!

Decided to come here this evening after reading good reviews. Terribly disappointed. Problem #1- no vietnamese sandwiches. I'm from the Dallas area where there's a Vietnamese restaurant on every other corner. I know how Vietnamese food should taste. Was reallllllllllly feeling a sandwich tonight and even convinced my husband to come with me, and no sandwiches. Ok, I can get over that. Problem #2 and #3- Ordered 2 appetizers: grilled shrimp rolls and egg rolls, pho for our daughter and a "spicy" vietnamese soup for ourselves called Bun Bo Hue. The description for the grilled shrimp rolls said "Grilled sugarcane shrimp wrapped in rice paper". While eating the shrimp roll and wondering WHERE the shrimp was in this 6 inch long roll, I finally found it and spit it out. It was one piece and had the consistency of a firm, yet gummy piece of bread. I called the server over to ask what it was, and he proceeded to tell me it's shrimp that they grind up, mix with something, and something, and something then deep fry. It was this disgusting, unidentifiable blob. I told him I did not like it, to PLEASE take it back and we'd try the shrimp spring rolls instead. The egg rolls were good. He then brought the new spring rolls and I took one bite of IT and spit it out. It had shrimp and pork in it, and the pork looked like a piece of sliced turkey, NOOOO flavor to it, just nasty.

Problem #4- At this point, there are 4 uneaten shrimp and spring rolls on our table. I call the server over and tell him I do not like the new ones either, they're terrible and he says, "This is how our food is" and walks away. As he's walking away, I call him back over and ask him to remove the food (that grossed me out enough to spit out in the first place!). He does, and we are now eating just our soup. I have to have my food well seasoned! Typically Pho is eaten with bean sprouts, limes, basil, fresh jalapenos, sriracha and hoisin sauce. I asked for an extra serving of the veggies to spice up my soup and make it more flavorful. It did NOT HELP. It was served with spaghetti noodles??????? while the Pho is served with rice noodles but I guess!!!! I had to take ALL the meat out of my soup because it was not flavored at all and I was getting grossed out by the taste of it.

Problem #5- When the server came over to give us out bill, he did not take off the 2 shrimp appetizers we sent back. When we pointed this out to him, he told us he could not do that!!!!!!! I told him I wasn't paying for something that was disgusting that I didn't eat, so someone better figure out how to remove those two items. Then he said he didn't have the authority, and normally they don't do that (?????), he'd have to talk to his manager, and blah blah blah blah blah. I pointed out to him that I wasn't thrilled with my meal to begin with, showed him all of the meat I had to take out of my soup and that it wasn't seasoned well, the shrimp in the roll was unidentifiable, the other roll was nasty, and he had the nerve to ask me if I was familiar with Vietnamese food!!! So now we're going back and forth and it was just a mess. In one second he miraculously found the authority to remove the two items, and after we paid I immediately walked two doors down to Jersey Mike's and ordered a sub. What a whippin!!!! Can't wait until I go to Dallas in a few weeks so I can have some real Vietnamese food.

Pho Vy is our go to place for Vietnamese dishes and delicious pho. Our family of five eats for a very affordable price and the portions are huge. The staff is always great and the restaurant is very welcoming.

We get the beef pho, chicken pho, and the kids pho. The kids pho is such a big portion that I will often get that size too. We love the shrimp spring rolls as an appetizer and the Boba smoothies for dessert.

I really wanted to like this place and it just didn't work out. Bad broth, wrong kind of noodles. The chef even tried to make me another to go bowl and I still couldn't stand the taste. Not sure what they put in their broth that other pho broth doesn't have but it just didn't work for me.

Fast, hot, friendly, fresh - what more do you want for $9? I had the Special Plate: Chicken was cooked perfectly, steak a bit overdone. Spring rolls were okay, nothing crazy, shrimp was great, crab wontons were above average.. They have several TVs and an open concept dining area so you don't feel cramped.
Going to actually try the Pho next time - I hear it's pretty good.

Fried chicken was good, mango green tea was good but a bit too sweet for me. Broth was good, not amazing. The only downside was the noodle. It didn't taste fresh.

I like pho at pho95 way better. But pho vy is cheaper and gives you bigger portion. If I go back I will not get pho, but try the grill meat instead.

Staff was friendly and place was clean. Parking was easy.

First time here; first time for Pho! The hubs and I were in HEAVEN!!!! We both ordered the Pho Ga (chicken). It was very flavorful and the noodles perfect! The chicken was very tender and was only white meat with no funky pieces of cartilage or fat. We also ordered wantons with our lunch. Those were exceptional! The service was impeccable. We can not wait to go back!

I like this place a lot. I can't claim to be an expert on Pho but the boyfriend likes it and orders it any place that offers it and he likes this much more than most places we go. Yes the best Pho place in Denver is better but everything else that place lacks this place more than makes up for. So give it a chance.

So like I said the boy gets the Pho. He usually gets the rare steak and always forgets to order it on the side so it stays rare. You can get the huge bowl for only a dollar more and it leaves you more than enough to take for lunch the next day. I usually get their version of a Vietnamese noodle bowl I think they call it the supreme or something like that. It has crispy egg rolls that are awesome and you get two of the most delicious shrimps ever made. I don't know what they do to them but it is what everyone should do with ever shrimp ever made. You will want everyone at the table to try it so they can agree with you that it is awesome but they will just have to trust you because you will not share them. They also have quite a few flavors of yummy boba. I haven't had one I don't like yet, but they do take a while for them to make so make sure you order it as soon as the waiter comes over. Don't worry they come in to go cups so you wont have to wait around after you finish to finish your drink.

The inside is really nice. It looks more like a sushi place than what you would expect of a pho place. It is big, open and has a lot of nice dark wood. They also have the kitchen exposed more like a sushi place. I always like seeing who is cooking my food....well not always but I like the pressure that is added when the chef knows I can see them make my food. The waitstaff can be a little flaky but I haven't had any major issues. I got the wrong flavor boba once but it was still delicious so I didn't care.

Excellent Service and Great Chow!

I came in to Pho Vy today for the first time and got great service and a really good bowl of pho! Pho Vy is located on Lincoln Road in Parker, Colorado, and is a few miles down the street from another good Pho restaurant located in Lone Tree, the illustrious Viet Pho (read about this here: http://www.yelp.com/biz/… ).

When I arrived at Pho Vy, I was promptly and politely greeted, and allowed to sit near my favorite spot in any restaurant - near the window.

The first two things I check for when I go to a new Viet restaurant are: the pho (Vietnamese noodle soup) broth and the cafe sua da (Franco-Vietnamese style coffee).

I ordered cafe sua da. In only a few minutes the coffee arrived, and the pho bo vien soup I ordered was soon to follow.

Overall: very happy! I had ordered the larger size of the pho, and so the portions were rather generous - exactly how I like it. The dish I had ordered was pho bo vien, which is the "beef meatball" version of pho. These meatball slices were amply served... Nice, big and round, not stingy at all as with some other restaurants.

The hot broth was a welcome poultice for this cold day. It's not quite as richly flavorful as the broth you'd get from the innumerable Viet restaurants you find up and down Federal Blvd in Denver, but I'd say the broth is appropriately tuned to the more conservative American audience that live in Parker. So... still a great thumbs up!

The cafe sua da coffee was great, but I noticed the flavor was notably different from what I have had anywhere else. And for good reason. A kindly gentleman named Hiep explained to me that Pho Vy blends their coffee from several brands of coffee for a really unique flavor; without yielding a thick-as-syrup consistency you'd find in a more traditional no-frills Vietnamese restaurant.

The verdict: I like Pho Vy's coffee. If you haven't tried Franco-Viet coffee (cafe sua da), then get over here and try some!

Pho Vy is well decorated. With darker wooden overtones, it's a great place for a more upscale power lunch, or even a romantic evening dinner! The staff and the decor are immaculate, and it's all surprisingly affordable for about $10 for a bowl of soup and a coffee.

Try Pho Vy out.

I'll see you there because I'll definitely be going back!

Great spring rolls and peanut sauce. I like my pho simple and hot so I order the Pho Tai and use a lot of the sauces. My friend usually orders the Grilled Shrimp noodle plate and she says it's very good.

Some people have said it's a little pricey but, it's on par with the other pho places that I frequent. It's nice to have a pho place in Parker.

The meat wasn't that fresh and the wooden benches are not comfortable.

Try their fresh lemonade too, that's the best one that I ever have.

Staff are nice
Interior is beautiful :-)

Def recommanded

The atmosphere was great here and our server was friendly and helpful. I've become a Pho addict and have tried a few different places. I think this one didn't have a very good broth and the meat wasn't the best.

If you live in the area and don't want to go out of your way for Pho, this will be fine but keep in mind it isn't the best in the Denver area.

The good news: This is the best Pho in Parker.
The bad news: This is the only Pho in Parker.

Yes, you can get a faux Pho from Cherry Village, but it is overpriced and not that authentic (although their Chinese food is fine).

Pho Vy does 2 things wrong. Firstly, their broth is just not that flavorful, and that is the foundation of good Pho. Secondly, they tend to overcook the noodles. On a final note, sometimes the veggies could be fresher.

The soup is decent, if not great. The prices are acceptable. The service is good.

It was just okay. I don't know that I can really pinpoint what is was exactly that I didn't like - perhaps it is just preference.

There just wasn't anything special or any reason to say I want to come back to this place.

Usually, good pho place is small, not updated for a few decades, servers with surly look. But this place is wide open, clean, contemporary and servers are very friendly and pho is pretty good. Another thing, I am addicted to their chicken wings. Their chicken wings are crunchy outside, juicy inside and comes with perfect sweet chili sauce. YUMMY!!

one doesnt always find an authentic vietnamese restaurant that is also upscale, clean and good enough to impress your clients/friends...so Pho Vy hits all the marks and get my 5 stars. I am often put off by the smell of certain ethnic restaurants (i am ethnic myself so this is not a prejudiced comment) so it is a pleasant surprise to come to a restaurant like this where the waitstaff speak excellent english and the place is pristine. My husband - an american who had lived in vietnam, can vouch on the authenticity and excellence of their pho. go try!

Headline: Even average Pho in Parker is a win.

There is a set of restaurant pads near Dransfeldt along Lincoln Ave that regularly change. One year its a sandwich shop, the next it's a pasta place. The latest incarnation is a Pho place called Pho Vy, and all indications are that this one won't last long either. Which is a shame, because I like Pho. Using pretty much the same furniture as the last place (Pasta Bella), this place was quiet - dinner time on a Saturday afternoon - this doesn't bode well.

Let's start with drinks. The diet pepsi was out (and not getting turned on), but they do limeade. So, we order that and also an appetizer - fried egg rolls with pork and shrimp and vermicelli noodles. I didn't see any vermicelli noodles, so the inside was very meaty, and it was a crispy - not greasy - roll. It came with a spicy fish sauce for dipping and a small salad with bean sprouts, cucumber, jicama, and carrots. Overall, highlight of the meal - very delicious.

Hmmm.... Wonder what's taking my limeade so long? The waiter assures us they are making it fresh. So we go on and order the main course. I, of course, have Pho - Tai Bo Vien, or noodles with meatballs and rare steak. If you have had pho before, imagine a big (and I mean big) bowl of noodles, topped with various vegetation - normally kafir leaves, scallions, and bean sprouts, with your meat of choice, then flooded with beef broth. Unfortunately, the beef broth was instantly forgettable. The meatballs and steak needed searing to develop an appetizing color - they ended up looking very grey, and really didn't taste like anything. Overall - a disappointing bowl of Pho.

My wife ordered a Com Bo Luc Lac, or diced steak with noodles. WARNING: this dish came with unadvertised peanuts. If you have a peanut allergy, make sure you tell them, or skip this restaurant altogether. The diced steak had a nice spicy sauce, and was diced with onions. The same dipping sauce in the middle, and noodles with crumbled peanuts on the top. The meat was very tasty.

Now, where is my limeade? They must be growing the limes. Ah - forget it - the check is here. This place is cheap - even dinner sized portions are in the $8-$10 range. However, as a Pho place, this is second rate.

The Pho is not faux, it's fo' real! So, an upscale Pho joint, like a fake Rolex, it's pretty and tells time just you know much cheaper. (OK fine, a Fake is a Fake) ;) Well, this place feels kind of fake because a real Pho place is busy, semi "clean" and well, has it's kitchen real well hidden. This place is different, it has a non Pho feel to the decor. The dining hall is contemporary, the kitchen is open for ones viewing so one can see the Pho goodness being created. The Pho is good. All the traditional items, were available, brisket, steak, tripe and tendon.
There were other items on the menu but In a place with Pho in it's name one orders Pho.
Prices are good, Pho is tasty and servers are friendly. Enjoy! So when folks ask if I know a good Pho place down south, my answer is "Pho shizzle" try Pho Vy.

Mmmmmmm... I think we've found a new regular haunt. After moving from California to Castle Rock, we've missed good asian cuisine. We didn't get the pho, just the noodle dishes. My wife ordered the shrimp, I ordered the salmon and my son got the tofu. Each dish was excellent, the pop of coconut really helped give everything a fresh taste. The place was setup well with an open kitchen and minimalistic, clean look. The service was great and right on spot. Prices were reasonable, a family of three (two adults one kid) got out of there for just over $30 with tip.

I'm still thinking of the great fresh flavors of the salmon and tofu, can't wait to go back.

Went to Pho Vy mainly because the most recent reviews had generally been good. My previous experience with Pho was in San Jose, CA during business trips, and one awful place in Cedar Rapids, IA.

I got the brisket pho and my fiance got the meatball pho ... we both agreed the meatball was just good, but the brisket was excellent! The noodles tasted freshly cooked and the broth was flavorful and akin to what I'd had the many times in San Jose.

The service was very good, the waitress seemed genuinely happy to help us and was pretty fast as well. The interior decor is a little strange, definitely seems like they redecorated a pre-existing place (I saw someone say it used to be an Italian restaurant), but it was clean and open and just fine.

This will definately be our pho place from now on!

I'm not a food snob but I know good food and have pretty high -- also forgiving -- standards. Seemingly the restaurant owners read some of the one-star reviews and turned things around. We went there last week and found the service excellent as well as humble.

The noodle dishes we ordered were savory and authentic, and we noticed the soups others had ordered looked hearty and plentiful. We would've loved a good Asian beer (no liquor license), but nonetheless felt sated and vowed to go back -- soon.

Like everyone else, I was excited to see a pho restaurant open in Parker. My wife and I went twice. Both times, the pho was mediocre and the service was awful.

We're both vegetarian, and my wife prefers not to eat meat-based broth. The first time we visited, we were seated and we asked if they had any pho without meat-based broth. Our waiter told us their lemongrass broth was made without animal products, and could be substituted for the standard beef broth. My wife ordered that and I ordered the regular tofu pho.

Neither of us were terribly impressed by the food, and the service was awkward and unprofessional, but hey, at least we had pho in Parker. So we went back a few days later to give them a second shot. My wife ordered the same thing (pho with lemongrass broth), only to be told they don't make that. She persisted, explaining she'd gotten it a few days earlier as a substitute for their meat-based broth. The waitress then said the following (as close to a direct quote as possible):

"I'm a vegetarian and my family owns this restaurant, so I know what I'm talking about. We don't put lemongrass broth in our pho, and our lemongrass broth isn't vegetarian. It has shrimp and beef in it. Whoever told you it was vegetarian must not have had their s*** together."

There were several more issues with the service that I won't elaborate on, but the restaurant is effectively run by high school and college aged kids who lack professionalism or any sense of customer service. Their friends are in and out of the restaurant constantly, mingling in the dining area and having loud conversations. There was no apology for the poor service we received, nor the misrepresentation of their menu by the original server.

Save your time and money and go to Pho Saigon instead.

I went here a few weeks ago and took my wife for her first Pho experience. Should have taken her to Pho 95...

Let me start off by saying, if I had reviewed the first time I went, I would have given it a 4, maybe 5 stars. But the service was not so hot. We ordered the regular beef pho (Flank I think?) and they gave my wife a mixture of eye cartillage and the actual Flank was really stringy.

The Ambiance was pretty cool, if you like Pho and know how to order, it'll do in one of those "I really want this but don't want to drive to federal" pinches. It probably isn't your best, first forray into Pho though.

I went here with my family tonight and left feeling so good and so full!

We arrived around 5:45 so the dinner crowd hadn't really hit yet. My sister and I picked a booth and were immediately served by a very pleasant woman who offered us waters right away. Once my parents arrived, she came back to the table and very patiently and descriptively explained the menu at hand since my sister and I weren't as familiar with the whole pho thing. Upon taking our orders a few minutes later, I was ecstatic to discover they served BOBA! She suggested the honeydew (which has always been a favorite of mine at other bubble tea locations). A few minutes later she returned with my drink and *WOW* I haven't had a honeydew boba tea so good since I lived in College Park (see my Ten Ren review). EXCELLENT.

The portions of pho were HUGE and our sever explained the vegetables and the dipping sauce very nicely. She was so friendly and it's so great with you have a server who will take time to talk with you. We came to find out at the end of the meal that she was the niece of the owner and drives well out of her way to work there and help out the family business. Love places like that.

I really enjoyed the taste of the broth, even before making any additions to my pho. It was delicious and I had enough left for an additional meal.

*EXCELLENT* service. *GREAT* pho. *AWESOME* bubble tea. *GOOD* prices. I really hope this restaurant sticks around because I will definitely return!!

***ALSO IMPORTANT***: There were no weird smells as some prior reviews have mentioned. I also think the place has a great atmosphere and is very well-lit. It's easily accessible as well with ample parking space.

No bueno.
I was initially excited about having a Pho place nearby, however my first visit me and a friend decided to get the pork bowl but we were very disappointed with the taste and quality of the noodles and pork.
The second time I went here I had some good 'ol faithful pho, expecting it to please my pallet. Nope. WEIRD cinnamon type smell coming off the broth along with the grotesque fatty beef (not the good fat either) and to fill the gap the noodles were clumpped together in a ball that was quite hard to untangle. I'm not a picky person and I love pho but this stuff just did NOT impress me at all! If you are craving some real pho that is less expensive and is fantastic - then go check out Pho Saigon over on Arapahoe; they will fulfill your needs!

My husband and I are big fans of pho and were pretty excited when we saw this place opening up here in Parker. We were then fairly disappointed when we saw all the negative reviews. We tried it anyway with our 4 year old this past Sunday afternoon. It seems that any previous problems they had have been taken care of. There was no smell. The service was very good. Our food was piping hot. Everything was as it should be. The only thing I would even say negative about it was that the broth was a tad weaker than I prefer but all around, it was some pretty good pho. Even our 4 year old daughter ate all of her broth and noodles they brought out for her. She loved it too, she's eaten pho before.

We liked the atmosphere in there. Our waiter was very nice and seemed knowledgeable. And like I said, the food was very good. We will definitely be back.

We were glad when this place finally opened. We would be able to get some pho take-home in Parker. Buying it from Pho 95 and driving to Parker was not really something I wanted to keep doing.

The chicken pho is alight - I still think Pho 95's is better. But who can compare???? It is an OK substitute.

As for the restaurant itself. We finally ate there instead of getting take-out. This spot used to be some Italian mom and pop - with no taste.
The room is still cold and in my opinion uninviting.

Better keep this one as a take-out option for OK pho.

A group of 8 friends and I stopped in here last Friday and could not have been happier!! The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our waiter happily explained the dishes to those who were not familiar with pho and noodle bowls. And the prices were very reasonable.

I also ordered a take out order for my husband and they waited to prepare it so that it was piping hot for me when I was ready to leave -- which I very much appreciated.

This is definitely on my "must try again soon" list!

Headed there today for lunch and it was a great experience. Reading through the other reviews, I think a lot of issues are fixed. I saw no dead animals laying around (except the cooked ones on my plate). There was no odor. The service was excellent. My server was Peter and he knew his stuff down pat. Great server and great explanations since I've never done Pho before.

The decor is very modern and clean. The food was delicious. The service was fast and helpful.

I'll definitely be back with family and friends.
