Had dinner with the in-laws here. They had been here previously and mentioned that their pizza was unevenly cooked, but given my good experiences at other restaurants that served wood-fired pizzas, I decided to give it a try. I ordered the 6" Margherita, which was four small pieces, good for 1 person. The pizza came with sauce, despite the description saying it was supposed to have olive oil. No biggie. However, the tomatoes were your run-of-the-mill regular tomatoes and there were two -- count 'em -- pieces of balled mozzarella. One piece had a thicker crust than the rest and was doughy.
Prices are very reasonable though -- for my pizza, a 12" pizza, a calzone (on which you can get up to 5 items) and a couple of glasses of iced tea, the bill was only $25 before tip.
We were seated right by the stereo ... listening to the Trans Siberian Orchestra was slightly torturous ...
