I've never had any problems. The staff is friendly and efficient and my food has always been what I expect.

This location is a few doors away from my office.  I only eat there every few months as I enjoy the Mexican Gumbo.  Today I went in to use the complimentary entree that I knew I had earned via the rewards program.  Before I went I verified that fact on-line.  While on the site I completed my "profile" and earned 100 points towards my next reward.

When I went to the location to redeem the reward, I was told that there was not one to redeem.  I explained that I had just verified this on the site then left to print the page from the site and returned immediately.

There is a setting that "banks" your rewards that was turned on.  Not sure why or how as I have redeemed many rewards over the past 8 years I have had the loyalty card with no issues.

The cashier pointed out that setting and explained that I would have to change it on line.  She did not offer any options, nor did she give me the bowl that was going to be thrown away, only stood there staring at me.

At this point my fast easy lunch was becoming too hard.  I ordered a Jimmy Johns that got here so quickly that I am eating it already.  It wasn't free - but it was easy.

My loyalty card in in the shredder.

I love this qdoba...usually get the veggie burrito with fajitas, guac, pico and medium salsa. Between qdoba and chipotle, I prefer qdoba hands down...it is just so much tastier and I know how much people love the queso!

Also, I really like the option of a wheat tortilla now. Chipotle's tortillas are always half white, half wheat, so if 100% wheat matters to anyone, then Qdoba is the way to go. Just make sure to tell them you want wheat.

This place tastes exactly like a Qdoba!

I haven't experienced any bouts of food poisioning, rude service, or ACME safes falling on my head while dining here.  I also haven't come away feeling like I had just had a tasty meal.  It fills my stomach with somewhat fresh, somewhat healthy food, that's about it.

I ate here again the other day.  It is just the most convenient Qdoba for me.  I've had skimpy portions in the past, but I enjoy their food usually.  I had my normal 3-cheese nachos, with steak, black beans, bit of rice, corn salsa, hot salsa, and cheese.

I had a new looking guy help me and he was very fast and provided the same size portion that I'm used to getting at other Qdobas.  Finally, someone who isn't scrooging me on my nachos!!

Again, they aren't amazing here, but they've improved a bit in the last couple months.

I'm not the biggest fan of qdoba in general. The food is pretty bland in comparison to chipotle...and I'm not exactly sure why since the recipes and ingredient lists are really similar.

However, this Qdoba gets props for two things.
    1. They are open until 10:30pm, which is really helpful for those nights when I'm starving at 10:05 and Chipotle is already closed.
    2. The staff here is really great. They remember me when i come in (and i don't even go in that often) and they are always really great about letting me stay until a little after closing while they're cleaning so i can finish my dinner.

So, for those reasons, they get three stars with me...they aren't the best tasting burrito in town, but they are staffed well.

Found a large hair in our burrito (see picture), called management, little concern expressed. She stated she would request the staff to keep "their hats on"

Mix ups are par for the course at this Qdoba.

Unfortunately this is the closest Qdoba to my home. While I prefer to get food from non-chain restaurants, sometimes you just need a giant burrito. However I will drive out of my way to go to a different Qdoba or just buy some beans and make one at home.

Every time we visit this Qdoba there's a mix up. I ask for chicken (because I can't eat beef) and somehow there's beef in my bowl. I order a quesadilla and ask for two types of salsa on the side and beans inside (to avoid the meat issue) and for some reason they put it all inside and the whole thing is soggy and falls apart.

Worst of all, I always take in my Qdoba card to try and earn free burritos but their system is down or they forget to swipe and then the transaction is complete so they can't help.

I've learned my lesson, so hopefully you won't have to...just go to a different Qdoba.
