This Quality Inn is anything but quality and way over priced .  When we checked in we checked the refrigerator. And it was full of mold.  Told it would be taken care of in the morning,  didn't happen.  Had to ask again to get it cleaned.  When housekeeping was done cleaning the room trash containers were not emptied, coffee pot left dirty.  I would find it hard to give this motel a  1 star rating.
Review Source:I was driving home to Canada on I-90W when I got a flat and had to spend the night in Newark and made my way to the Quality Inn. Â Justina at the Front Desk was incredible - friendly, upbeat and caring. Â She really goes that extra mile for her customers. Â I respect the other review about the state of the hotel - it is completely outdated and the facilities are barely maintained - but thankfully they have people like Justina as she really made my stay enjoyable.
Review Source:This hotel is just awful, especially when one considers the rates. The numerous dead flies in the entryway should have been a tipoff. It has a general aspect of decay,  with discolored flooring and paint. Only one of three ice machines was working. There was no A/C in the hallways, the meeting rooms were neglected and obviously haven't been used for a while. The "business center" was a PC in the lobby with a broken  chair. The website advertises HBO but there is none. The sign in front of the hotel  and the website advertise a restaurant, but it is closed except for the breakfast for guests. Room service, as advertised? Surely you jest. And all this for $129? Keep driving.
