Super chill place one of my new favorites(: I actually found this place by accident I had no idea it even existed! It's seems as if its a coffee shop inside and a hookah lounge outside, I came here with my girls the other day and we actually really enjoyed it! The staff was really friendly and laid back I'm guessing its a family owned place. There prices are so reasonable from their cup of coffee to there iced hookahs. I loved the atmosphere it was so laid back we felt as if we were in our own home lol overall we had a pretty good experience we'll definitely be back!!(:
Review Source:This is by far the best study spot i have ever been to. Â As much as i love starbucks its sometimes impossible to study there, just always too crowded and noisy. Â This place has the best seating, most comfortable couches and REALLLLLLY good smoothies, coffee and sweets! ALl for a very cheap price, and they don't force you do buy things, if you simply want to just go inside to study they don't mind it at all. Â VERY friendly people, it seems to be a family owned business so you know you will always get the best hospitality possible.
GOTTA GO AND GIVE IT A TRY YOU WON'T REGRET IT!
The staff was very friendly and hospitable. The prices were reasonable. The hookah was well made. I came early in the day w my laptop... Sat in the sun and enjoyed a smoke. The couches are comfortable....though the burn marks give off a feeling of uncleanliness, it's not the truth.... Place is clean! I enjoyed the outdoors aspect but the street can be a little loud. Overall nice relaxing cafe which is what I like more than the club/bar type atmospheres of most hookah places.
Review Source:Amazing cafe. great service, good vibes and of course terrific prices !
go check it out yourself! the hookah is bomb and they have the best frapps you could just die for !! just love it! they also have other things to eat. like i said go check it out! you will NOOOOTTT be disappointed !!
:)
Free Wi-Fi.
Came in for the hookah. Not that many flavors but you have the option for having ice added. Owner's cool too. Normally there's a two person limit per hookah at other hookah bars, but when we asked the owner he was really chill about having a 3rd person on our hookah.
Place is super chill to study or kick it. Definitely will come back.

It seems as though this place use to be "Cobantigua Café." We went there today to study and have some coffee after reading reviews on Yelp. My boyfriend was "extremely disappointed." I was disappointed.
He says: "The ridiculous service, or lack there of, was borderline disrespectful. I had a sense as if I was bothering them in their household."
We ordered two iced lattes and the service was friendly enough. I found it odd that the cashier/barista (owner's daughter?) asked us to pay at the end and asked us to sit down, but once she made us our drinks she didn't bring them out to the table but rather placed them on the counter and announced, "Here they are!"
The place was really quiet and empty, and had a home feel (maybe TOO much of a home feel), so it was really easy to get work done since there was internet and no one talked to us. Still, it was uncomfortable. The owner, his wife and daughter/server just sat down and started having family dinner at the table next to us (by the way, all the tables look like dining room tables), complete with family gossip loud enough for us to hear, and bad enough for me not to repeat on Yelp. The other server seemed to be the younger teenage brother. The brother/sister banter that went  on while the parents were out of sight was a bit odd and distracting. The kids just kinda lounged around on the couches as if they were in their living room.
When the family gossip during their family dinner finally got to me, we decided to leave. There was no "thank you" on behalf of the establishment. In fact, no one checked on us at all or acknowledged our presence the whole time we were there after we ordered. The daughter even seemed a little annoyed that she had to get up from the middle of her dinner, in the middle of the drama she was describing, to cash us out. ??
Some suggestions we have for improvement:
- Follow up with "How is your coffee?" "How is the internet working for you?
- Thank your customers, and make them feel welcomed not like they are intruding on your personal space.
- Either keep it professional, or make it clear that this is a family kitchen/living room we are entering.
In short:
Atmosphere: quiet, too home-like that it is uncomfortable
Internet: fast
Coffee: decent
Service: unprofessional
Overall: 1 star (for the coffee & internet)
By far the best hookah bar I've been to. Relaxing and well kept up and not a bit skeezy as all the other hookah places I've been to. Â We were well taken care of and the coals were replaced when needed without us even having to ask. Â The only bummer was that we were the only ones there other than the people working there. Â I can easily chalk that up to it being newly opened. Â I've definitely found a new place to frequent.
Review Source:A great café inside and solid hookah outside.
Check out the reviews for Cobantigua Cafe (same place) if you want to read more about their coffee than hookah.
I've been to many hookah places in HB (and the Southland for that matter) Ramaneh is among the best. The service was friendly, the hookah was decently priced and good quality. Above all, the atmosphere is classy.
Very chill place to hang. Great coffee and excellent hookah. There's indoor and outdoor seating with heat lamps (smoking outside only). Conveniently located near all those pubs and eateries in Old World Village.
Unlike most hookah bars, you can be confident that you won't feel like a skeeze if you take your significant other here.
Ramanah Cafe is the newly opened cafe, and hookah lounge that has replaced the coffee shop that was there prior. I've been there a couple times since the grand opening and it was absolutely delightful. It is very different from the atmospheres of all other hookah lounges in orange county, as you are not subjected to excessively loud music or dim/neon lighting, which has been a refreshing change of pace for an avid hookah smoker like myself. The place itself is set up to be a coffee shop on the inside, and an outdoor area for hookah. the coffee and drinks are all great (so far, I've had the chai latte, raspberry-vanilla italian soda, and a pineapple smoothie, which were all absolutely wonderful) and the people are very friendly. As for the hookah, the hookah itself, while good, does not do much to set it apart from any other hookah bar in orange county. I had thought the outdoor seating would be a problem (wind, cold, etc.) but the area is enclosed with an awning and there are outdoor heaters to keep it nice and warm. That, combined with the comfiness of the suede-esque couch i sat on, being outdoors actually felt more refreshing than the thought of being in a smoke chamber indoors to smoke hookah. The bottom line, i am definitely going back, the atmosphere of this cafe-hookah lounge is definitely much more enjoyable to me than the hookah bars im used to.
