Red Cup Cafe & Deli

Nice place to grab some food and coffee. Their sandwiches are tasty and I love the chips that are served with them.

Red Cup is a great place to meet a good friend for coffee and lunch or a snack.
The baked goods are simple, whole and delicious.
The goat cheese and red pepper panini is out of this world!
The staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is hip, warm and cozy.

I really want to like this place --it's the only coffee house in the area, and it has wifi -- and there are times when I do. If only it were consistent. One day a quiche with side salad and fruit salad is beautifully served and two days later it's a piece of quiche on a few spinach leaves and a banana sliced with the peel on, making it pretty hard to eat and leaving me to wonder about sanitation issues.
The inconsistency speaks to management. Supplies are often low, bathrooms dirty/out of soap and the entire place could use a good dusting. Dirty dishes sit for hours on tables. Hours are haphazard, I've been here when they just turn off the lights and decide to close because it's slow.
It's a shame really. The food is very good and the place fills a niche in a town with few options for fresh foods and a place to sit and work or talk over coffee...
