TAJ The Indian Curry House

Well its nice to have a good indian restaurant in chesterton.they have a lunch buffet every day with free soda & a monday spl lunch  buffet for $6.95 with soda .they deliver too.good food & very clean.

Taj reopened last month!  There is new management, and they did some remodeling inside.  The food is not prepared exactly the same way as the old Taj, but it is still very delicious.  I believe the new management came from Taste of India in Merrillville, so the new Taj is similar to the old Taste. The wait staff was very attentive, although some of them are still learning the menu.  We didn't have to wait too long for our appetizers or meal, but they were not too busy at the time.  If you were sad to see Taj go, please check out the new restaurant!
