Went here for my first time this week, and I must say i was very pleased! Food was great and service was great. the cook Im assuming he was, was very friendly and came out to see how everything tasted and to see if we were doing okay. it was pretty busy for a lunch time but Im guessing because this place is just that great. Will definitely be back soon to try other tings. I had the bacon avocado burger with there waffle fries it was very tasty!
Review Source:I'm almost wondering if these people were paid to write the reviews. Come on, this is Sonoma County! You can pay just a little bit more and get a gourmet burger with quality ingredients. Not some salty, previously frozen meat like you get here. The fries weren't any better. The server was not that busy...friendly enough but was pretty absent for most of our time.
Later, I took my bf there for a night of dancing. The drinks are super expensive (but really strong). I was told that there was a variety of music plus salsa and cumbia by our waitress. Â It's basically the same old recycled reggaeton hits with like 2 top 40 songs thrown in. We thought it'd be nice to try some other place than Casa del Mar. It's almost as if they've picked up the population from Casa del Mar (which is now currently almost dead on Fridays), added less variety, crappier drinks all in a much smaller, cramped space. OH, and the cigarette smell wafts in all night.
There were two fights toward the end of the night, one fairly severe one (all women, no less). Maybe they can't handle the strong drinks. Either way, I think the presence of the policia is needed because even though security stopped the fights quickly, these idiot mujeres got no consequences whatsoever for acting like that.
I definitely wouldn't go back for the food. Ambience during the day isn't horrible...if they really did put more variety in the music and did something about those lame folks that have to ruin it for everyone else I'd consider maaaaybe going back at night. Maybe.
Had to click one star. Second time in here and the same bartender was there, cute girl (bartender) with a stick up her butt and zero personality. instead of telling us she was getting off she rushed us to close. after paying in cash she didnt leave the change on the table instead she faned it out and asked if we needed change. Hands down the most unprofessional service ever. i cant believe i didnt call her her out and ask for the manager. Wackest service I have ever had from any bartender in my life! This chick needs to be fired before I ever go back. Foods good. Selection of booz is good. Atmospheres good but for someone like that to be a part of something that has so much potential. The owner should be ashamed they let such a ignorant person work behind a bar. I would mention this bartenders name but shes so rude that she never told us , twice!
Review Source:I guess someone has to be the bearer of bad news. Â I won't overtly bash, just facts. Â I've worked across the street well before it was Remy's (Stony Point Grill) and even now the place is no better than a drop by rag tag burger joint at best.
Had lunch there today with my girlfriend. Â Thought we would give it a try. Â Only 10ppl in the entire establishment and they did not get our order right. Â She's allergic to meat so asked for fries without meat. Â Not only did the server not write it down so it came out with meat, but when politely mentioned they took it back and simply removed the top portion of meat. Â Low and behold there was still a lot of bacon mixed in with the fries. Â For only 10ppl in the entire place how is it that you mess up an order AND then not remake it correctly. Â Very rude and unprofessional.
To top it all off our meal came out at $45. Â Granted we each had a beer but I have been to many places around Santa Rosa for lunch that top the charts on service, decor, food quality, etc....for less than $45. Â Hell, Sonoma Bagel and Ulia's Deli are right in the same complex and light years better.
Maybe everyone else has different feelings than I but we won't be back.
We came here for dinner, mainly because it was the only place with food and a full bar in walking distance to my dad's place in Santa Rosa. The food was good. I had a crab salad sandwich that was tasty, nothing that blew my mind, but it made me want to come back and try more things. The drinks were also good, again nothing spectacular, they didn't have a special drink list so we ordered basic stuff. Honestly, the reason why we came was because of the good location, and we will definitely be back for that reason, especially during the summer when it's warm to sit outside.
Review Source:First time in and the whole feel was very inviting. I got to meet the owner and found out later that he also spends a lot of time in the kitchen quaility checking the food. I enjoyed a great burger and watched Thursday Night Football all while being checked on by my waitress every 5 minutes. Great Job guys and good luck.
Review Source:Had lunch with my girlfriend and ordered chili fries, and taquitos as appetizers! They were both excellent and I don't like chili fries! The fries had fresh bacon, onions, chilli, and cheese drizzled all over them! The taquitos had fresh lettuce, tomatoes, onions, fresh mexican cheese, and a splash of lemon! They were both excellent! Entrees we ordered the bacon avocado burger and the fish tacos! Both entrees were fresh, delicious, and mouth watering! The fish tacos were grilled not fried! A very refreshing, excellent and different style of making the food! I thought it was A great twist combination of American/Mexican taste in food! The atmosphere was quite nice and chill! Service was excellent and even the owner, Luis came to our table to ask how everything was! Definately recommend the restaurant to anyone and everyone! We will definately come back again!

Being a vegetarian was a little disappointed that they didn't have anything on the menu besides fries... until the waitress mentioned this to the Chef/Owner he came up with tons of things right on the spot for me and was super friendly about it! He even came out and was "like this is what I can do for you" It was an all around good experience- Thanks guys!
Review Source:Took my wife here to celebrate her birthday with a group of our friends. Our waitress was awesome and funny always had a hilarious story to tell. I had the Bomb burger a juicy burger with cooked serrano chiles and a habanero sauce it was hot but good. This place has a good spin on fries you can have them with habanero sauce,  fried garlic, or cheese. The decor inside  is pretty jazzy with colors of burgundy white and black with contemporary leather lounge furniture. Once 10pm hit this restaurant turns into very hip dance club. I will definitely go back here again
