Never used to like it but since the menu changed I like it better now.  Had the New Orleans seafood , very happy with everything. For a chain I think they do a good job. Would go again. Lunch time on a Sunday. Not crazy busy.

It is what it is.  If you are looking for a moderately priced chain restaurant, this one will do.  It's nothing fancy, the food isn't spectacular, but when you're looking to feed a party of 5 without reservations on a Friday night, this place will do.  I've been here a handful of times and there has never been a wait.

The staff are nice.  Service is generally okay, but my glass is usually empty long before someone checks on us.

I like the fact that they have the salad bar.  It eliminates the need to order an appetizer (the selection is kind of blah), and the fruit salad is actually good.

We used to go all the time. Now I'm glad we stopped. I had a coupon for 25% off so I thought, "Why not?" Now I wonder, "Why???"

First off the service... it was a busy night but not overly so. Our waiter though seemed like he couldn't keep up. He asked if we wanted our complimentary rolls first... we said yes... but they never came. I had to ask after my daughter was whining I'm hungry for the billionth time!  They gave us 5, for 5 of us, and we got no more. I didn't feel very complimentary about that.

I ordered the lobster mac n cheese. It was good but it was a very small portion and came with no sides. The salad bar was nice as usual. And the other meals were ok but nothing to write home about.

It isn't a horrible place but there are better options in the McKinley Mall area.

I know chains are more known for their cookie cutter experience and all, but this place has always been a sure thing for me. I've tried more of their burgers on their hearty sized list, and have yet to order one I didn't like. The staff has always been friendly, and prompt. The restaurant is clean, and professional. They use high quality ingredients that stand out in their finished products too. If you are looking for a good burger in the southtowns, skip over Red Robin or the fast food joints, and give Ruby Tuesday a try!  Their burgers come with two sides, are cooked to order, and run about $9-$10 each.
