Not bad, but not great. Â With most of these types of restaurants, items could be fresher and the decor for "dine in" could be updated significantly. Â Trying there best and I appreciate a place where I can get a decent bowl of pho and leave without paying more than $10. Â Go again, sure. Â Dying to try it again....let's see what else is in the neighborhood first.
Review Source:We had lunch here for the first time this summer using a Denver Daily Deals coupon. Â The building and parking lot looked a little dumpy. Â We were the only ones there, but quite a few people came in for Take Out. Â We ordered at the counter and then sat in a booth.
We ordered the Chicken Pad Thai, Shrimp Noodle Bowl, and the Fresh Spring Rolls. Â Food was good. Â We probably won't be back since we are trying to eat by the numbers from 1-888.
The service is constantly amazing and friendly here. The guy at the register (he's always here) is beyond nice and helpful. He knows most of the customers by name, and generally remembers your order too. I love when employees take the time to do that...makes me feel like I'm important!
The pho is GREAT. I love the broth, and they pack it with TONS of veggies. Â I typically get mine to go, because I stop in on my way home from work at times and they package everything up really well...no spilled broth on the way home! Woot woot! Â One word of caution, they put a few (maybe more than a few) fresh jalapenos in the pho, so if you aren't a fan of that, take them out before you add the broth or your mouth will literally be on fire.
This is where Pho Fusion used to be (the same place that I wrote my very first Yelp review on.....oh memories). Â I was sad to see Pho Fusion closed, but happy to learn that Saigon Fusion basically kept their menu and prices (and the whole interior layout) the same. Â For the uninitiated, this is sort of fast casual pho (and other stuff) place. Â In addition to pho, they have stir fry and rice plates, noodles, and various egg rolls. Â It's not the very best or most authentic place for pho, but it'll do for a craving.
I stopped in yesterday for my favorite coconut curry pad thai and it's the same dish I've come to know and love (loaded with cilantro, peanuts, bean sprouts, tofu, and lime for squeezin'). Â The service was friendly and the food was ready promptly.
As a side note, I'm not positive whether their veggie pho has vegetable broth. Â Pho Fusion's didn't and it took me a few visits before I realized it (shame on me for not asking). Â If the coconut curry pad thai is the same, I'd assume the pho is the same too.
Still, a great spot for a quick, inexpensive lunchtime meal with ample booths for eating in and quick for takeout.
This is my go to place for Pho near me. (use to be called Pho Fusion)
Services from the cashier and the kitchen staff are always with a smile and a positive attitude. I usually just get the regular chicken pho to go, but will eat in ever so often. The take out option isn't terrible because they put everything together in a little plastic bowl that you can eat out of. My favorite part about this place is when I ask for no bean sprouts, they offered to put broccoli in there for me instead, and IT WAS AWESOME! They do have some other tasty menu options other than Pho, but I have a slight addiction and rarely stray from my #1 choice- Mmmmm.mmmm Chicken Pho- To-Go!
My husband loves pho, but I'm not a big fan. We are always looking for restaurants that satisfy his pho cravings, but have something I like as well. So far, Saigon Fusion has been our go-to place. Â The front of the house is clean, the service is fast, and the food is consistently good. A winning combination!
Review Source:We have been going to Saigon fusion for awhile, even when it was Pho fusion. Â As a Pho lover, Saigon fusion represents a compromise between my wife and me. Â Most Pho places do not have a pad thai and understandably so and despite this, here I am yelping about a place that caters to my Walmart mentality, rather than respecting the purity of each discipline and giving each their own. Â
Anyhow, the pad thai is very good and does the spiciness just right. Â The Pho is okay, but this really isn't a Pho place. Â I think they try, but the broth just isn't the same as some of the dedicated Pho places. Â
Service has always been friendly and responsive. Â The food gets out fast and the place is clean and pleasant to hang out in. Â We go here a lot out of convenience and the food doesn't turn me away, so it is a-ok!
I have eaten Pho at a lot of different places, but this place is the best. Â It is very clean and consistant flavors every time. Â The staff is always super friendly as well. Â I would highly recommend you try this place, even though from the outside it doesn't look like much, you will leave completely satisfied and wanting to go back soon! ~ Lisa T.
Review Source:What a great surprise this fusion restaurant was. Everything was extremely fresh and attentiveness of staff was outstanding. Hubby had sesame shrimp, I ordered the PHO without rice or noodles. We both shared a great order of lettuce wraps. Â We live in Lakewood and would hope that sooner rather than later this restaurant will expand our way. But, we both agreed it would be worth the travel to eat their again!
