I would give this 'restaurant' zero stars if that was an option.
My husband and I made the mistake of dining here last Tuesday night. The food was UTTERLY disgusting. The employees were not only surly, but outright rude to both my husband and I. Â When my husband asked one of them what specific ingredients were in the 'Vegetarian' calzone, the employee smirked and said: "Vegetables". Neither of our slices or our breadsticks were even vaguely warm. The cheese on my pizza wasn't even melted, but still in a half-cooked, gelatinous form. Yuck. Â I think for $8 per person, our food should have been hot. Â You buy a slice of pizza, you expect it to be at least a little hotter than lukewarm. Â "Fresh Italian Cooking", my a**.
Since we don't eat at Sbarro often, we didn't know sauce for our breadstick was extra, and neither of the two model employees informed us of this. When I paid for our meals, the cashier literally shoved the change into my hand, slammed the register and hollered "Next!" in my face. They might have conned us out of a couple of bucks, but it'll be the last money this Sbarro gets out of me or my husband ever again, and I'll be telling EVERYONE I know how abysmal this location is.  Never, ever, EVER again.
