Seven Oaks Clubhouse

One of the best places for a good meal in town.  More serene. Very nice location, views.

This place is situated nicely, right by the golf course and all.  But I think called the cuisine "New American" is quite a stretch.  This is much more like traditional Italian-ish focused dishes, heavy on pasta and carbs.  The salads are tasty, and I wish there was more emphasis on vegetables and less on starch.  I went there for a catered event and the grilled asparagus was delicious - clearly something they should highlight on the menu.  Overall, it's a good choice for a change of pace from the Colgate Inn.
