GREAT food! Shall I start with their home run dish? Well they're the Drunken Chicken wings!!! If you're lucky and you come for happy hour (2pm-6pm daily!) you've got a hell of a great selection of cheap eats! $8 for drunken wings and fries, or $6 for sliders & fries.... Great options that range from $2 to $8! They also have great burgers.

And if you haven't come here for St.Patty's Day, you're missing one hell of a party! They do it up big! Huge tent outside, live bands, Guinness on tap (of course!) and tons of people. The parking gets hairy, but the last few years I have gone, the hotel across the street opens up their parking lot to the Shawn O'Donnel's customers! Its a great experience!!

I really love this place. Bartenders are nice and the people I've met there are well behaved and pleasent. Some of the food I've had is to die for! The Monte Cristo is........interesting. I like to meet up after a hard days work with some friends and have a beer here. Although I haven't attended myself I have had some friends who have been the their annual week long St. Pattys Day fest and haev said its GREAT but busy and full of drunks. lol Maybe this year I'll go and write a review for myself. Stay tuned! :)

We tried this place on a recent trip to seattle on our way back from a ferry trip. The food was good and the service was really good.  I recommend the Bees Knees Chicken - it was great.

Can I get a yeah? Can I get a superduperlicious Yeah??? Their Monty Cristo sandwich defies description. I normally have my criteria for a Monty Cristo sandwich, and have insisted that's the ONLY way I like it. Well, Shawn O'Donnell's totally took that criteria out of the water and made it come back to bite me in the tuckus! Their Monty Cristo is like heaven on a plate. The bread is nice and thick and dipped in the most wonderful batter I've ever had the pleasure to consume. The batter made the bread so tender and light, and the meat and cheese in the middle was perfectly rich and melty. The freezer preserves they give you to spread on the sandwich is amazing, and the fries were to die for. My son ordered Lucky Charms - and, let me tell you, any restaurant that serves Lucky Charms is okay by me! I will totally return on Thursday, as Monty Cristo is the special du jour on Thursdays!

    HORRIBLE!!!...WHATS THAT SMELL HERE?
Sunday afternoon I opened the door and was slammed in the face with the smell of a septic tank?  Thought I might get used to it so I ordered a beer. The beer and the glass were warm! Inexcusable since the place was nearly empty. I left without drinking my beer! That smell and warm beer nearly made me gag!!!

If you've never been here for a St Paddy's day celebration and you live in the area then you're not livin'. They definitely go all out! I mean, Pipe bands, leprechauns......you know it, you will see it. Honestly, words can't even begin to describe the wicked cool vibe there on St. Paddy's day.

Side note: I've been a couple of times prior on a regular night and it was your typical neighborhood restaurant/bar. If you have a chance next St. Paddy's, CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. Done and done.

Went in for my "FREE BIRTHDAY MEAL" from the Pot 'O Gold club....... had hubby & son with me.  Son had a burger & soft drink (burger w/fried egg on top which was so runny he couldn't eat it), hubby had Monte Cristo sandwich which was very dry, and I had a side of O'brien potatoes (greasy & under cooked) and a side of rashers (which is small pieces  of SALTY ham) and an Irish Coffee ......  Birthday club email says "free meal and soft drink"  "NO STRINGS ATTACHED"    Waitress takes off the 2 side items and that's it.......   then tells me I'm not in their computer as a Pot O Gold member,  even though she's seen the email they sent me on my smart phone......  not impressed........ thanks for nothing!!

This was our first time here and the night had it's ups and downs. First off the service started off horrible. Hostess was nice and seated us however it took 15-20 minutes to get a water and a cocktail. A different waitress took our order after seeing that we had been sitting for quite awhile.. and then a third waitress ended up bringing our food. I have to admit that after we ordered our food came really fast. The Reuben was great! Shepard's Pie was ok....but the bread pudding was amazing! The atmosphere was nice. We went on a friday night and it wasn't to crazy. All in all I'm sure we'll be back.

I went in not expecting much at all, and this place very persistently defied those expectations.

Pulling up, there's nothing about this place to suggest that it's anything more than a convenient place to grab a quick bite when you need something handy in the area. It's in a big generic intersection right off a busy highway, and, even though there are a couple interesting cheap places across the 5, you don't get the sense, really, that anything is happening over here.

You pull in and the place is perfectly maintained, at least at a glance, but kind of strangely designed. Lots of mismatched materials, oddly rabbit-holed parking lot, hard to tell where the door is. Everything about it feels like it was built as an afterthought once the off-ramp's leftover plot got zoned commercial. Then you walk in, and it's decorated within an inch of its life with Irish-y doohickeys everywhere. Granted, this is just three days after St Pats, but, still...you feel like the poor kids must have to wear 37 pieces of shamrock flair to meet code.

The paths through the place are strangely ramped and walled-in, which does nothing to stave off the impression that this place was built from thrown-together plans. But then you settle in and realize that it's comfortable, and it's easy for the staff to get their work done here. They have a great view of the door and their tables, and you're comfortable as soon as you pick a stool or a table. The materials still look like they all came in a pub kit, but everything matches and it's clean and well maintained. There are multiple flat screens with games on. People are clearly used to enjoying themselves here. Those St Pats decorations aren't just for show--they evidently went through 88 kegs here on St Paddy's, and that's just the beer business they did. Must have been a six-figure day if it was a dollar.

The beers are reasonably well chosen, and they have all the basics covered with wine and spirits as well. The keg lines are clean, and they clearly relish pouring the nitro guinness pints. Nitro isn't my thing, but people clearly dig that. So more's the joy for all of them.

The menu looks pretty ambitious. I didn't come in for food, but they have a bunch of different corned beef, burgers, entrees, all different kinds of apps and some soups, and nothing over $15. Two thirds of the menu is all under $10. I've talked to a bunch of locals who love the food here, and if you factor value into your assessments of quality, then it seems like this place delivers in a big way. They have a full breakfast menu, and serve a couple items from it all day. That's really cool.

I will say I am not a fan of boiled cabbage, and somebody ordered some last night that smelled like it had been cooking for 46 days, just totally wrung out, kinda laundry-ish. But everything else on his plate looked really good. I would definitely come back here for food.

I didn't really get the sense that Shawn O'Donnell was actually Irish, or even that he had even been to Ireland. He very well may have, but this is a bar with a theme, not a recreation of an Irish pub. They have guinness and corned beef and Chub and whatnot, but it's a local watering hole first and foremost. The owner--there really is a Shawn O'Donnell, evidently--is a huge fan of magic, and is something of an accomplished amateur in his own right. There are many, many framed posters from magic shows in the halls, and those are as much a part of theme as the Irish-y stuff.

    So, bottom line:
    Cool bar
    Nice staff
    Good(-looking) cheap pub grub
    Irish theme is incidental

    Cheers!

We just celebrated a good friends birthday at Shawn O'Donnells and had a great time.  Good food, service and prices.  We had about 30 people there and they'd get a 5 star rating from me, if they hadn't cut off all of the guys from drinks about 1 hour into the event.

This Irish Pub's "Grill" has only a small selection of Irish food, but I'm happy that their "house"/standard whisky is Tullamore Dew (great stuff). Nice place, kind of a "sports bar" atmosphere, but they have some interesting drinks, and some funny signs hanging around the place. The Irishmen on Colby Avenue is more "Irish Pub" and less "Grill." Depends on what you're in the mood for.

Stumbled upon this great place on my way driving between Seattle, WA and to Vancouver, BC earlier this month.  I was so pleasantly surprised by the awesome service and delicious foods that I must come back to Yelp to give them a well deserving 5 star rating review.

First, their service was amazing.  It was late and close to their closing hours but I still received service of a very friendly and attentive waiter.  He has amazing attitude and was very helpful.  Second, the shepherd pie was delicious and I would definitely go back to try out other items on the menu.  Third, the decor is fun and relaxing and I would recommend for hosting larger group gatherings.

I only give five star to restaurants that exceed my expectations for customer service, food quality and delivers exceptional value based on their price and foods selection.  Shawn O'Donnell Restaurant in Everett earned my 5 stars.  Highly recommended and I would return next time I am craving Irish foods or when I am in the neighbourhood.

Shawn O'Donnell's gets all the basics right in terms of running a restaurant:  Food, value, and service.  The Irish in you might not feel quite at home/right here (preventing it from a higher rating), but it's still a nice after work spot.

    Food & Drink:

You've got your traditional Irish favorites here:  Corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, shepherds pie, and fish and chips, to go along with some American type items (dressed up with Irish names) like nachos, macaroni and cheese, chicken sandwiches, and hamburgers.  The corned beef and cabbage is a little fatty and wet for my taste--it does come with the traditional soda bread and dijon mustard.  The bangers and mash is slightly above average (not overly greasy) but can't completely recommend as I do not believe the potatoes to made from scratch.  The shepherds pie is average. The fish and chips at $9.99 is great value for what you get--it is higher on the quality scale for fish and chips and at the low end of the pricing spectrum.  Shawn O'Donnell's is probably a little bit stronger on the American Grill side of the house--the burgers and sandwiches are all above average for pub food (many different options and they are consistent in cooking them to specs), and the wraps are good for healthy eaters.  It's a pretty balanced menu.

Pricing is very reasonable throughout the menu whether you're ordering food, drinks, or dessert.  As a result the happy hour menu is nothing of note.  The breakfasts (scrambles and such) are very reasonably priced and you get solid portions for what you get.

In terms of Irish whiskeys and scotch you have an OK selection, though it's not going to hold a candle to Kells, Wilde Rover, Fred's Rivertown Alehouse, Owl & Thistle, Fados, or even TS. McHugh's.  Perhaps more importantly, these items are not predominately displayed or featured.  I'd feel out of place ordering a whiskey/scotch here--and that's not right in an Irish Pub.

The beer selection is not bad.  You've got the traditional Guiness, Murphy's and Harp on tap .  You also have my personal Irish favorite--Kilkenny.  There are of course some more traditional options as well for those that like American domestics as well as one or two Pacific Northwest craft brews.  All and all I'd give the beer selection something like a "6 out of 10".

    Ambiance & Service:

The location and outside view of Shawn O'Donnell's is frankly what kept me from the establishment for two plus years (despite being close to where I live).  The concept of an Irish bar, the looks like a diner, essentially positioned right over I-5 in South Everett?  Certainly there's a lot of negatives.  Good news--parking issues are not one of them (plenty of parking behind the building).

The inside looks considerably better than the outside (not saying much).  It's got plenty of wood, well positioned TVs in the bar, and the focal point of the joint is the bar (good for an Irish bar).  That said, the ceilings are too high, there are too many windows, and the place is too well lit to have the real look.  Again, Shawn O'Donnell's views itself as an "Irish American Grill" so that's probably the "American Grill" part coming out.

The front desk staff is extremely helpful as is the waitstaff.  They'll politely explain the menu, deliver the food/drinks in a timely fashion and check in frequently.  They are happy to let you talk well after you've concluded the meal without rushing you.  Absolutely no complains about the staff or service at all.

    Final Thoughts:

Decent pub food, good value, a strong beer selection, and wonderful staff give Shawn O'Donnell's enough life to get past the many Irish bar inconsistencies and subpar corned beef and cabbage.  Skip the happy hour, and instead pick up the fish and chips or a burger and pair it with a nice Irish stout.

This is a solid place. Food is damn good for a bar. Solid beer selection. Trivia nights are great, challenging questions and good atmosphere. Wait staff is friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced. Kind of an odd location - right next to a gas station, more or less. The owner/manager is super friendly as well. Would definitely reccomend and come back again.

The atmosphere is great!  This place is part of the Irish Heritage Association in Seattle.  I was there for my wedding reception in the banquet room downstairs.  We paid for 4 appetizers and they brought us so much more!  On top of the appetizers, they also brought us their famous soda bread and honey butter and tons of veggies with hummus dip.

Service was fantastic every time I go here!  The staff is friendly and quick, and Shawn is usually wandering around to make you feel at home.

P.S. Get the corned beef....it's amazing!

Good food and good service are what I hope for when trying out a new restaurant. Shawn O'Donnell's had both.

The fish and chips were delicious. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. The decor of the restaurant reminded me a little of Bennigan's or TGI Fridays - very busy.

My favorite bar! Amazing staff, especially Sean the bartender. On mother's day, I called to see if it was busy enough for me to need to make a reservation and he recognized my voice over the phone. I felt so special!

The food is terrific! I've tried the blackened salmon ceasar (my fav), fish n' chips, salmon burger, veggie burger, house salad and plentyyyy of drinks. I'm a pescetarian  (vegetarian who eats fish/seafood) and even for someone with a weird diet, like me, this place has a lot to offer.

I've brought many different friends here and they all thank me afterwards and look forward to coming back with me. My parents live all the way in Bellevue but they have driven up here just for a burger from O'Donnell's after I took them there for mother's day.

This place is so festive! Definitely check them out on St.Patty's day. They extend their restaurant with big white tents out into the parking lot and have loud music playing. I was there recently during Halloween week and they had live music and costumes and all sorts of Irish things going on like bagpipes and kilts.

I completely disagree with the yelper who said they should probably take Irish pub out of their name. They have a flippin timer counting down the days to St. Patrick's day YEAR ROUND. There's a load of Irish humor decorating the walls and their signature food and drinks are all Irish-inspired if not completely Irish recipes all together.

Best Irish restaurant/bar in this area for sure!

Very comfortable place, great ambience, great menu.  Have been there now 4 times.  My only real complaint:  The parking (or lack of it). Parking in front fills up fast, so one must drive down a hill and park in the back.  Fortunately, you can enter the building on the lower level and take an elevator up (I have mobility issues).

I was there yesterday to meet an out of town friend who was visiting here... we sat at our table for 3-1/2 hours!  And our fabulous waitress did not mind, and left us in peace to enjoy our conversation.  We noticed that children are allowed in the family dining part. There is also a large, U shaped bar in the middle of the place.

I think the menu was upgraded since my last visits.  Choices were fabulous...prices good.  They serve 3 versions of breakfast all day long (one includes corned beef hash, my fave!).  I had a turkey/cheese grilled sammie, was so good, as was the clam chowder.  My friend had the fish and chips and loved them.  I will have to come back to try the Shepherd's pie, the bacon Mac N Cheese, more of their burgers, etc .

They have lots of cutsie, funny signs all over, and lots of "Irish Pub atmosphere" which is fine by me.  Lots of good beer available.  Very nice staff.  Really enjoy coming here.  I would come more often, but I live far away.

As a resident of the area, I have been to O'Donnell's a dozen or more times.  The service has always been above par, and the owner is usually always there, and makes a point to greet almost everyone.

Atmosphere -  There is a dining room for families, so bring your kiddies, but I usually eat in the bar.  It is always very clean, nice 'newer', but casual atmosphere, and the service excellent, even when busy.

I usually ALWAYS order his corned beef and cabbage.  I am sorry grammy, but this place beats yours......it's amazing.  I have had it for lunch and dinner and the portions are always generous.  Even the lunch portions are bigger than average.

The meal includes, soup or salad, soda bread, corned beef, cabbage, tatos..... YUM.  Salad is average, but any of the soups I have had are great.  Can't pick a favorite but the clam chowder and irish stew are very good. The soda bread is usually scattered with currants and moist and not too sweet or salty (for soda bread that's a great feat).

Now.... for the corned beef.... OMG,  I don't even know how to explain this.  It's better than my grammy's.  Slow-cooked in guiness and a perfect blend of spices and served with red potatoes and cabbage (cooked well, but not mushy).  Malt vinegar and/or horseradish is offered with the dish, but the horseradish is real and not that mixed up mayo crapola.  I hate to say it but the corned beef is better than my grammy's, and I am pretty sure she has at least 50 years on Shawn at her ripe old age of 102.

I SHOULD give this place 5 stars, but because I can't get past the yummy corned beef and cabbage, I can't comment on all the other dishes.  If the ratings were based on one dish and service/quality/atmosphere alone, I would give them 5 stars.

Shawn O'Donnells is a wonderful local restauraunt in the Everett/ South Snohomish County area. My first visit around a year ago was pretty standard, but tonights visit was oustanding. The location is very easy to get to off of I-5 with an easy to get in and out of parking lot. My server, Mariah, provided outstanding service. Mariah had a very sweet and personable personality that let you know she was available if you needed help, made great menu suggestions (recommending a pint of Harp to go with fish and chips), and was personable. This is exactly the service one would expect from a great local establishment. Not pushy, no high pressure to upsell, but a great job at letting you know what menu options are available and in a way that you can tell she really believed in them and would order them herself.

The fish and chips were wonderful, they were thicker then most places, which is perfect as you get more cod and less breading. The french fries were crisp, full of flavor and of a great porportion size. The tartar sauce tasted fresh and again full of flavor.

The best part of course was the dessert. The berry cheesecake may look funny at first, but has such a wonderful blend of flavors leaves you wanting seconds.

Overall, Shawn O'Donnells is somewhere that I would highly recommend to others and will return to again for another great meal. Thank you to Shawn O'Donnels for having a great menu with quality products and wonderful service from Mariah.

Visit was on 8-6, leaving at 8:55pm. (Table 13)

This was my first time eating at an "Irish" restaurant, and although the items we ordered weren't the most traditional Irish dishes, they showed much promise and appeal. Looking through the menu, there were a ton of dishes I would want to try next time I eat here...because I am definitely coming back! I am sure there something for everyone here at Shawn O'Donnells; from Bangers and Mash and Shepards Pie to a large variety of burgers and seafood and other land fare. The only thing missing from my magical meal was the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!

Atmosphere: Not bad... in fact, rather pretty... but when I think Irish pub I think exposed wood beams, celtic knick-knacks, plaids and iron... this was about as Irish pub-like as Applebee's. I really think, based on the look and the TVs, they should drop Irish pub from the name altogether.

Service: Friendly, but a little slow. I don't think it was really the fault of the wait staff, though. It was obvious the place was overcrowded and the management was trying to save money by having the sections as understaffed as possible.

Food: Tasty, fresh and served hot, but nothing special. Pretty much the same fare you would get anywhere with a few bangers and mash thrown in for good measure. Glaring absence of an appetizer section. A bit over priced -- almost 4 bucks for a bowl of cereal?? Seriously?

Portions: Generous. If you don't get enough to eat, it's your own fault. Fries are bottomless, but not particularly good, so you may not want to take advantage of the endless servings.

Maintenance: Teenager room clean but not restaurant clean. There were cobwebs hanging precariously over our plates. That was a bit off-putting. Bathrooms were well stocked and clean. Music was WAY too loud in there, though.

Overall: It wasn't a terrible visit but nothing to write home about either. If you want decent food, large portions, and aren't too picky about a table that's sticky, give them a shot. Once won't kill you.

After driving all over town looking for a Monte Cristo, I remembered reading on Yelp that this place served them, so off we headed to south Everett.  It was a Wednesday early afternoon so the place wasn't crowded at all, but had a fair amount of business for the time of day.

We were seated almost immediately, and asked what we wanted to drink.  Being water drinkers, we were happy to see that they serve water in large glasses.  I really hate those tiny water glasses some restaurants bring.  You know, just because I prefer water to chemicals doesn't mean I drink less liquid!  So they get kudos for that, and even more kudos for keeping those glasses full.

So on to the food.  I, of course, ordered the Monte Cristo.  My husband ordered the bangers and mash.  He said his was delicious and he finished it all.  The Monte Cristo was large, but really not the best I've ever had.  I can't really put my finger on why though.  The ingredients were good, it just wasn't quite right.  And the waitress seemed surprised that I didn't want syrup with it.  I've never heard of eating a Monte Cristo with syrup!  It goes with jam, goofballs.

Service was very good though.  My only real complaint is that the table was sticky.  I don't think it was sticky with dirt, it seemed like it was maybe old varnish or something, but I found it disturbing.  And they serve Hunts ketchup.  Heinz people!  It's gotta be Heinz!

My wife and I enjoy coming here for breakfasts on weekdays when our schedules permit. During the work week, they offer their "chub" breakfast for $5.99: two eggs, four strips of bacon, hash browns and toast. On the weekends it's $7.99. Yes, I know Denny's is cheaper, but the food at O'Donnell's is actually good :-). In addition to breakfast, we recently had dinner. An amazing plate of shepherd's pie and a hot corned beef sandwich on sweet molasses bread. All the wait staff, at least the three waitresses I've encountered, are very friendly. Top that off with the deals constantly being sent out to the restaurants email club, and the new 5% rewards dining program they offer, and it's overall just a great place to dine.

    Tip:
They offer some amazing food deals during happy hour (2-6pm) and late night (after 10pm).

Being Irish living in the US, I find that Irish Pubs make me angry cause they're so cheesy and tacky - as Irish pubs go, O'Donnells is pretty authentic with great personal touches like the camogie bats as door handles.  Great attention to detail!

That said, however, the warmth and welcoming nature of the Irish definitely wasn't in this pub.  We sat with empty glasses time and again and the waitresses made us feel like it was such a chore to get us refills.  Almost like we were intruding on their own personal time to bring us what we ordered.  It just wasn't pleasant or friendly and the ladies really need an attitude check for visitors - by the look of it they were fine and pleasant to 'locals' but outsiders were getting the brush off!

Such a shame as the food wasn't terrible, the fish was dry (like some of the reviews before me have said), no malt vinegar served - which is the corner stone of fish and chips in Ireland (and the UK) and although the menu says 'bottomless chips', when I asked for more I got looked at like I had horns!

Had a Sister Day and came here for a quick bite to eat with the sisters. Got some kind of chicken burger that involved avocadoes and bacon and pepperjack. It was VERY tasty. Highly recommend! Their fries were ridiculously tasty, I love crunchy fries but not so crunchy you might break tooth, and these were perfect.

My sister ordered a Guinness, and when it came I noticed that the head/foam had a shamrock in it. Um, awesome.

You would never guess by the name that this is an Irish Pub.

Lots of booths, dark wood, Irish beer on tap. I've eaten here many times and every time the service is great! Yes they have Corned Beef and Cabbage but I've never tried it. It's usually fairly crowded but so expect a little wait. The menu has a lot of variety including eggs. If you are into magic (I'm not) there is a magician that will perform at your table. He circulates through the restaurant stopping at tables. Kinda creeps me out.

The parking in the front is a small lot that is usually full but that doesn't mean the place is packed. There is a huge lot in back.

Stopped in here with a friend and I wasn't sorry. I had their fish and chips. Came with 2 pieces of fish and smiley fries. I don't know that's what they called the fries. Looked like regular fries but they were really good. The fish while only 2 pieces were thick pieces and coated just right. They are open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They have lunch specials: Served 11am to 4pm, Monday through Saturday
Monday is Bacon Cheeseburger and Fries
    Tuesday is Crispy Chicken Salad
    Wednesday is their Famous Reuben
Thursday is Monte Cristo and Fries
Friday is Fish and Chips .
Saturday is Corned Beef and Cabbage
They have a bikers special on Wednesdays also. And if you are looking for a banquet room they also have that.
I would definitely recommend this place.

If I want to go to a nearby pub for great drinks and good food, I usually go to McMenamins in Mill Creek.  But you can't keep going back to the same place time after time, so on occasion I'll go up to Shawn O'Donnell's.

The atmosphere is a bit chain restaurant-y--there are lots of brightly colored walls and the bar part of the pub is pushed off to one side.  Large TVs adorn the happy walls, and the place feels a bit like a homemade Applebees.

The food here is good.  I don't like corned beef and cabbage, but I went here with my parents recently and they just raved about how good it was.  Burgers and other sandwiches are satisfying, and some of the other entrees on the menu are intriguing.

The drink selection is decent.  Again, I prefer the "we make it ourselves and therefore we rock" approach to beer at McMenamins, but Shawn O'Donnell's has the usual Irish beers.  The local Everett brew (a red beer) was surprisingly tasty.

Overall, it's a fine place to grab a beer and a bite to eat.

We got lost and, being hungry and seeing this place, stopped in for a beer and burger. It's an odd combination; a sort of strip-mall Irish atmosphere, but with a little subtext of 1970s magicians. Inquiring, I found that the owner was a magician, and still performs occasionally in the evenings.

The food was solid pub food; the sandwich I had was good, thick, and tasty, but my husband's was a little paltry, on a flimsy white bun. The "endless" fries (does anyone ever take advantage of these kinds of offers?) were fine; slightly seasoned and fairly crunchy.

The tap selection was pretty good for this kind of place; Guinness, Smithwicks, Blue Moon, a local Everett brew, and a few others on tap. My Guinness tasted good and fresh.

It's above average for what looks like a chain, but not so outstanding that we'd go out of our way to visit again. If you live nearby, you might give it a try. Oh, and they serve breakfast until 3pm on weekends, which actually might lure us back some time.

I completely disagree with Jessi M.'s review! O'Donnell's is a totally cool bar. Ok, I might be going overboard a little on that, but I still think it's a nice place. I've eaten breakfast, lunch, dinner, and off the happy hour menu, and have been satisfied each time. Maybe the reason Jessi doesn't like the place is because they don't have Coors Light on tap. Yep, that's right, if you want a beer off the tap, you'll have to order a real beer; Guinness, Manny's, Blue Moon, etc.

Some friends of mine and I go to O'Donnell's on a regular bases, and have always received good service from the staff. That's saying a lot considering one of my buddies is the kind of guy who usually gets kicked out of bars.

The only negative I can really offer about the place is the ambiance. It's an Irish Bar/Restaurant that feels more like a chain restaurant. Not a hip little pub that I would prefer. But when looking for bars on 128th in Everett, you take what you can get, and for this area it's the best place.

Update: I'm updating this review based from the praise and high rating I originally gave them. Was a 4 star, now a 2 star. The past few times I've been there. The food quality has really gone downhill, and if you don't have good food, there is no point in having a restaurant.
