Shooter's Bar & Grill

I've been here many times for Country nights on Wednesday nights. I just started going again recently and I must say how the bartenders service and skills have changed!! 3-4 bartenders passed me by several times before another customer (am older gentleman) flagged down one of the passing bartenders down for me and pointed over to me saying he is waiting for a drink! The bartender stated that she couldn't wait on me because that wasn't her side?! Apparently this bar has designated areas and can't share drawers? Also getting another beer was just as difficult! Later I wanted to buy my friend and I a shot and asked one bartender if they carried melon liquor and she stated "no" right away without even looking. I decided to go around the bar myself and look when I was asked by another bartender if I needed another beer so I asked her if they had it and she stated "yes"! Later I asked to see a menu and it took me a couple minutes to decide what I wanted so I closed the menu and set it in front of me. It took about 30-45 minutes later for me to have to flag down yet another bartender to place my order. When the order was ready I saw the cook bring it out and it just set there before a bartender finally brought it over to me. I would have loved some salt with my plain fries but couldn't find any anywhere or a bartender to once again flag down to ask for some. I will avoid going here now at all costs as the bartenders would rather stand around and talk to their friends and relatives and text or Facebook on their phones and go out for a cigarette. Hopefully the rumors are correct about other country bars opening up as I will give my business to the places that appreciate it and don't have some fancy pouring alcohol pouring system as they charge more than most other places in the area! Especially for a bowling alley bar!!

The food from the menu inside of the bowling alley hasn't ever been anything to write home about, but the food from the menu inside the bar is very good! The sandwiches come on fresh bread and the grilled chicken and shaved steak/ beef was delish!  Service isn't fast but is friendly, so don't go for a super quick meal.  There are plenty of tables, it's a spacious bar setting and was nice for a casual afternoon!
