5 stars for the theater itself - great seating, sound and screen, attentive and friendly staff. But the popcorn was a big disappointment. It was so salty it hurt my mouth....I couldn't even finish the small bag. If I'm going to pay $10 for a small popcorn and soda, PLEASE make it exceptional popcorn!

This is one of those things that while you enjoy it while your there.... it spoils you so you can't go back, like sitting in first class and then riding in coach...so not the same.  

We did the VIP showing got our nice roomy leather seats assigned to us that were oh so comfy.  We were also able to order real food and pretty decent food for a theater that we could eat in our comfy "pink" leather chairs.  We got the meat and cheese sampler, a pizza and the chips and caramelized onion dip.  All were pretty good and especially for a movie theater.  Although I wouldn't recommend the onion dip if your on a date... for obvious reasons.

Alas, we came back here a few weeks later for a movie that wasn't showing in the VIP section and the seat felt extra uncomfortable, the regular concession stand nachos just weren't cutting it and the whole time I just wished we were in the VIP.  My movie experience expectations are now set too high :(  I sure hope they start expanding the service to not only the blow em up shoot em up 3d movies soon!

This is the best theater in MN. Period.

I love the VIP area. It's worth every penny to upgrade. And I love that it's not general admission.  I've been here about a dozen times and haven't had a bad experience yet.  I definitely couldn't say that if I went to a normal theater.

If you sign up for their membership program you can also get discounted tickets ($6) at any time on select movies that have been there a few weeks.
