Taqueria El Ranchito

This is my go-to taqueria.  Their tacos are delicious!!!!!!  They are made to order, fresh and authentic.  My favorite is the al pastor, but all meats available are delicious (especially the cabeza, lengua and tripe)!  They make their own sauces too.  Definitely worth a try.

Awesome. About as authentic as it gets in Minneapolis. Not much for ambiance but man - delicious, fresh mexican food. I go here for lunch often.

Went there for lunch and it was almost empty but we didn't mind.
Menu is sort of hard to read but they explain it well.
Chimichanga was HUGE and delicious, like half a plate size and came with about 4 chips and guacamole.
Not sure about the quality of food though...nacho cheese reminded me of those low-grade melted nacho cheese that you get from squeezing a bag .
