Finally, Terminal 2 has a some decent food. Oh, and a tequila bar (finally).
I ordered from the takeaway counter, where you can either get made-to-order things from the menu or pre-made things from the case. Nothing in the case looked that appealing to me, so I decided on a $7 mixed green salad with pepitas, radish, jicama, cucumber, queso fresco and a tequila orange vinaigrette. I added adobo grilled chicken to it, which was $3 extra. It was tasty enough that I'm going to try to recreate it at home.
The girl helping me was very friendly, knew the menu and even knew exactly how long certain things took to make sure that I didn't order something that would make me late for boarding.
