This is my first official Yelp review, and this place was the inspiration to write one. Â I consider myself a "foodie" if you will and go out to eat very frequently and to higher end places, and love to try all the new places in town. Â I am a die hard Broders fan and was extremely excited to hear that they were opening a wine bar. Â We went this past weekend and to say that my expectations were blown away is an understatement! Â
First I have to give out a huge A+ to our bartender Kyle. Â I was a server for 7 years and typically when going out to eat the service is sub par at best. Â He was beyond knowledgable about all the wines there which there are 50+ varieties by the glass! Â Very helpful and willing to give small samples to help you figure out what you like which is huge for me since I all I know about wine is basically white or red. Â Back to the wine they have a lot of bottles that you can also get a half bottle of which is a great deal! Â I would go back just to see Kyle it was that great of an experience.
Now on to the food. Â WOW is all I have to say. Â We had the skewer of the day which was a pickled cauliflower deep fried and with chipotle mayonnaise. Â Delicious and only $1! Â We also had the herb goat cheese stuffed peppers, and bruschetta of the day which was a brocooli raab with pesto and fresh mozzarella I believe if I remember correctly. Â They had a great selection for meat and cheese plates as well with the cheeses and meats changing with the seasons which is great so you can always be trying something new.
It is a bit spendy as the concept is small plates but totally worth the price as everything we had was phenomenal. Â I could not highly recommend this place enough and I am hoping to go back as soon as this weekend. Â I would suggest to get there a bit early as the space is small and was really getting busy as we were leaving.
We went here opening weekend and really enjoyed it! Â I'd have to say that it's a bit spendy for what you get, and not a lot of mid-priced choices, but that was ok with us. Â Tons of cheeses to choose for a cheese plate, and great wine selection. Â
Atmosphere was great, very chill and I could totally see going there with some friends or on a date night. Â We didn't try anything besides a couple wines and a cheese plate, so can't speak to the food. Â But I'll definately go back.
I was greeted by "Kristen" who sports a million dollar/welcoming smile :D Terzo's has a PAR EXCELLENCE team! Being in the food business myself for over 20 years, I appreciated the superb service, and cleanliness! Very nice to have the option of getting a 3 oz pour of wine. I thoroughly enjoyed the prosciutto board - expertly sliced by Chef Andrea :D I also ordered the Fonduta, which paired perfectly with the prosciutto board and vino! The atmosphere at Terzos' has the feel of being surrounded by family  The decor is amazing, and very cool! The moment you walk in their door, you are embraced by welcoming smiles, wafts of mouth-watering food scents, and a very laid back and socially inviting atmosphere. The tables are close together, which invites conversation exchanges :) I met a very nice couple; Gwen and Jack who ALSO said that they had a wonderful dining experience at Terzos' and will most assuredly be back! My own personal experience with Terzo's was so nice, fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Terzo's to anyone who wants to thoroughly enjoy themselves on all levels! Congratulations, Terzo's !  I've made myself a regular! :)
