Papa Murphy's Take'n'bake Pizza

There is no seats or tables. They don't cook anything. You still have to take it home and cook it yourself dirty up your oven... Basically it's a subway pizza that you can't eat right away... If that makes any sense at all.  

You wondering so why bother with this place and why on earth would I give it 5 stars?! In all seriousness, it works for me and I love it.

Beside the fresh ingredients and made to order (getting to sound like Papa John's pizza commercial) I love this place  for several reasons:
~ it's a short distance off 169 S and 494(1st Exit to Bloomington Ferry Road - I believe). Sometimes 169 South gets back up and this exit is perfect to get off to let traffic dies down a little bit AND it is the best WAY to beat traffic(more on this later).
~ Just like the original caveman, you can be a hero and bring home dinner. Don't laugh... When the last time you brought home dinner? No seriously?  I don't care you live by yourself...it is not that hard to fire up the oven to 325 or 425 F.  Yes, it is almost like making toast...just a bigger 'toaster'.
~ it takes Papa Murphy roughly 5-7 minutes to make your pizzas to order. Hence this gives you plenty of time to go and  pick up the wine or quart of ice cream from Jerry's grocery store which right next door (10 feet away actually - you can use the exercise). Back to our discussion....The wine or ice cream goes perfectly with your sophisticated garlic bacon chicken archichoke delite(means thin crust in Papa Murphy's language) crust pizza. HELL, the wine goes perfectly with your 5 meat stuff pizza as well.
Now when the last time you can look this heroic just from getting off the freeway because of 169 S Traffic is all backed up?

BTW, if you are more sophiscated than me(most likely you are) treat yourself a latte from Star Bucks which is only 10 yards away - again, you can use the exercise...

P.S. to get back on the freeway(continue going south that is), just continue going South on the Frontage Road that is right in front of the shopping mall and it becomes Hennepin Town Road that turns into Pioneer Trail.  

Again, I AM not kidding this is the BEST exit if 169 is backed up and use the inside road/frontage road/etc that I have indicated above...I have use this technique hundreds of times - just obey the speed limits because local police enforcement are usually around there.  Yes, Jerry's Food have outstanding donuts and Star Bucks is nearby hence there are plenty of cops there. You have been warned on that.

Even non cooks can bake - turn on oven - set timer and eat

Fresh and great taste - affordable - easy in and out

Great take and bake pizza, quick service and convenient location.

Make sure you grab a coupon or two from the newspaper or online.  You should never have to pay full price here.  You can also usually get whatever weekly deal they have such as $5.99  large delite pizzas.

Overall good but slightly greasy pizza that is reasonably priced.
