Sluggers Sports Bar and Grill

My husband and I recently visited the Erie area and we had several <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2FRestaurant.com&s=0aab4cbd731f3d3b0d1453050d3abc56a8c80bd214e25469c7555b750dca8a51" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://Restaurant.com</a> certificates to use. We decided to try Sluggers... you can't go wrong with a sports bar, right? Wrong! We went on a Monday night and our section consisted of 3 parties of diners (including us). The waitress was slow, unapologetic and probably visited the other 2 tables about 5 times more than she visited ours. My drink was empty for quite some time... that's just poor service. They were out of wings and we agreed to the boneless substitute... not good. My husband didn't even eat half of his. Our visit from start to finish was one of the slowest dining experiences that we've ever endured... it's a sports bar, not fine dining! We didn't bother to complain as the waitress didn't seem the type to care and her approximate 3 visits to our table (including taking the order and bringing the food) were so rushed. We felt like we were putting her out and that the other diners were obviously more important. At any rate, this was one of the WORST dining experiences that we've ever had and we are NOT picky eaters. Save yourself some money and time... pick another place to eat!

Tried this place to see a Pirates game.  It was on one TV, but no sound!   Had to listen to dance music.  And the beer was warm and flat.

Didn't order food here but had a great time at the bar. Not crowded, plenty of tvs,  darts, pool and great staff
