Ok, so I haven't had a lot off the menu yet but the burgers and wings are great and they have a good selection of beers. Â It's a great place to go to watch football, they have many screens usually with different games on each. Â They also have pool tables and darts. Â A fun divey place for a few cold ones.
Review Source:Smokey's is a good bar with a neighborhood feel. Â The bartenders are friendly and for the most part attractive if that kinda thing is important to you. Service is good and the bartenders are attentive. Â The beer selection is good with a couple fine pale ales to be found along with the usual American light diet lagers that are so popular.
There are lots of TVs which is good if you want to watch a game and perhaps a bit distracting if you just want to talk with friends. Â There are a couple of pool tables if you want to shoot some pool. Â The new deck will allows for more outdoor seating with a view of the dirt parking lot. Â Should you prefer to smoke and drink at the same time you have the option. Â There is bar seating and a few tables and booths.
The food is consistently good pub food. Â They have an extensive wing selection and every kind I have tried have been very good. Â The garlic Parmesan wings will leave you socially unacceptable for the better part of a day. Â I've had lunch here a couple times- typical pub food done well. Â I've eaten off the small happy hour menu many times which is really a very good value. Â Free popcorn if you just need a little salt to go with your beer.
The men's room leans towards bad. Â I've been in worse, but this one could use some help. Â The crowd can include the occasional loud drunk, and while someone might be obnoxious, you would never actually call the crowd rough. Â
All in all, a fine bar.
