Breakfast is only served on Sundays. We both ordered sandwiches, I had the Mile High Club and Janet had the Swiss Turkey with avocado. Both sandwiches were very good. The fries that come with the sandwiches were really above average. The service was good and not hovering. The view on the patio where we ate would almost make any food taste good, but we got a nice view and good food. Give it a try if you get a chance.
Review Source:Sneaky Pete's has the worst customer service of any restaurant!!! Â As you can see I make my way around DFW pretty often and this place has got to be the bottom of the barrell. Â It is not well kept, the staff is not helpful at all and the overall dining experience sucked.
We ordered food and water with a group of friend at about 5p after a long day out on the boat. Â We were denied ice water even with a $200 tab of food. Â After consulting with the manager on duty, he said that is their policy. Â We immediately cancelled our food order and went elsewhere. Â I have never in my life heard of a food place of any kind refusing a customer water. Â We were treated like beggars from the street. Â
This establisment will never have my buisness or my friends after such a crappy experience. Â
WARNING!!! Only go here if you are okay with poor customer service and terrible management. Â Dominos is just around the corner and guess what...they will serve you water.
Me and some friends went out there to check out it. Even tho it was on a kind of rainy day but it cleared out and it was a great night out to be out there. Our server Morgan was great. She was very attentive to us to make sure we were ok. The food wasn't so bad. They give you a good big portion and its not small. I def like that. Drinks were not overly priced. We got the patio view and it was great. They even got pools out there for you to go and hang out in. I def would love to go back out there to hang out again. I love out door patio seating.
Review Source:We usually like this place. Â Fun place to come in summer time. Â Today- Sunday 6pm- it took 10 minutes to be greeted and drink order taken. Â Another 10 minutes to get our drinks and the menus didn't make it even though they were ordered with drinks. Â 38 minutes to get our food to our table. Â It was Luke warm- fries aren't good that way!! Â Didn't taste as good as usual. Â Our waitress- tiana couldn't remember any refills or condiments or napkins. Â she also wouldn't stay at the table long enough to hear our complete sentence. Â I probably won't be back after this visit and if so will certainly make sure she's not our server.
Review Source:This place is just fine if you know what you're getting into. It's a place with volleyball courts and pools and lots (and lots) of booze.
Bummed they didn't have anything on tap but we ordered a few bottled beers. The fried shrimp were good.
As we left, the clientele seemed to be a bit younger and the "partiers". It's the kind of place I assume that fights break out as the night goes on. But that's just the "feel" of it - I didn't witness that.
The awesome part is that it's right on the lake so it's a great view!
I'd definitely go back. It's not fine dining. It's not high end. It's just a place to grab drinks and enjoy the view of the water.
I went with very low expectations regarding food and service. Â The food was ok, drinks a bit strong but I have to say the service was good. We had a party of 8 and have two waitresses and they were very attentive. I will say we went at the end of April so it was not extremely busy but the service was good. It is one of the very places right on the lake.
Review Source:OK so - I have gone here many times and had a great time and great food - but today.... OMG - the flies were every where, the food was horrible and the wait staff was either nonexistent or moronic.
It took at least 15 minutes for us to get menus, then another 20 to get drinks - of course we ordered right then.. and then another hour to get cold and disgusting food.  Between batting the flies - too many for it to be comfortable - and waving down a waitress - it was the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in years. But even worse then all of this - it seemed that the management had no clue what so ever. To top it all off we waited over 30 minutes for our check - and thats after telling 3 different waitresses. (I am just saying that Sneaky Petes better be glad I stepped down to the beach with my daughter and not waited there like my husband did - he is much nicer  - and quieter - then I ever would have been!)
Stopped in for a bite to eat in March 2013. It was cold outside so there was only a few patrons in the restaurant. Service was great and food was very good especially for the price. Good value for the money! I'm sure this place is packed in the summer as it is on Lake Lewisville. The view of the lake from the restaurant is terrific.
Review Source:My husband and I chose to get married here 10 years ago. It is out of our way to eat here frequently, so this was our first time back. The staff was very friendly, and excited to find out that we were celebrating our anniversary where we got married. One waitress even took several photos of us standing where we exchanged vows. Their food was great, and we plan  to not wait another 10 years before we eat there again.
Review Source:My boyfriend and I will come here after a long day out on the lake. Its really convenient to dock up for a bit, grab a few drinks, and then head back out to the water so my boyfriend  can get back to one true love (second to me): Wakeboarding ;-)... We'll occasionally meet friends here but that is a very rare occurrence. I have mixed feelings about this place. Usually, there is a higher amount of patrons than servers. Given that ratio, you're bound to receive lackluster service. With that said, I never come here with high expectations. Keep in mind, usually when I go, it is always PACKED. There have been times that there was not a spot available to grab food or drinks. We have left a couple of times giving up the hope that anyone will leave any time soon to vacate a hopeful table. Because it gets packed, the servers get understandably overwhelmed. These servers aren't robots so I can be forgiving of bad service given how busy they are. With that said, HIRE MORE STAFF. If there are literally hundreds of patrons, a handful of servers and bartenders isn't going to cut it. If you know the restaurant business, most diners aren't as forgiving and understanding as I am. I tend to be that way because I know the horrors of waiting tables. On the rare occurrence I've been when it isn't busy, I received fairly decent service. Nothing over the top but nothing horrible either.
The clientele is also not always that great. Douchey frat type college kids who think they're the shit are a common site. You'll also have that "one guy" who arrives off the wakesetter daddy bought for him and acts like he owns the place along with his equally douchey friends and ugly girls who only want him for his boat. Overly hammered people of all ages making a fool of themselves is also something you'll likely see. Shady over the hill types looking to get laid are a sure thing too. If these type of people mentioned above make your skin crawl, don't come here. If you hate crowds, don't come here on a weekend; particularly a summer weekend. You'll be miserable. If live music, crowds, loudness, drunkenness and the occasional douchey patron doesn't phase you and you don't have high dining expectations in regards to service, you should be A-Okay.
Your Staff is nice and your place is great. What i have a problem with is when i ordered a drink and started a tab my card was charged $50. It would have been nice if the bartender had mentioned that to me. Then i started thing, why stop at $50, why not $100, why not ask for a copy of their credit report, or the title to their car. But obviously customer concerns are not important to you, and neither is educating your staff on your policies and procedures
Review Source:Food is pretty bad, drinks are a little on the high side but the atmosphere is great. Â Ton's of boater pulling up regularly, volleyball courts, swim beach, swimming pool and a hot tub to relax in. Â This place stays busy all summer long. Â They have a bunch of T.V.s showing sports. Â If I was just to base my star rating on food, service and drinks they would probably get a one. Â The food is bad bar food and service is usually pretty slow. Â The mixed drinks are small and expensive.
Review Source:We came here after a LONG day on the lake. Although it was nice to walk from the doc to the restaurant, don't make the mistake of taking your coolers from YOUR OWN BOAT up the ONLY DOCK to YOUR CAR or you will get stopped by an exuberant amount of security telling you to get back on your boat and dock somewhere else... rant aside. The restaurant is "ok", but really smokey and the service is super slow. Wasn't expecting a lot, but it's an okay place to come and get a drink after the lake.
Review Source:Went here this past weekend for a friend's birthday. It was a little bit hard to find as it's tucked back behind some trees and a little boat rental place. But we had so much fun! They have beach volleyball, little decks where you can order drinks and what have you, water and sand you can dip your feet in, and food! Boyfriend ordered wings and fries and they were decent! Typical bar type food. Really nothing special as far as food goes, but just come for the atmosphere! We had a great time playing in the water and playing games! Oh and this is the perfect place to people watch. Lots of interesting things going on. It's worth giving it a whirl. I'm looking forward to renting a boat next time and going for a sail!
Review Source:I came to sneaky Petes for the first time last Saturday after a boat party. We decided to sit in the patio. We had some one take our drink orders very quick and the food was surprisingly good. We got wings and turkey sandwich with fries. I would def come back here to hang out, they have a swimming pool in the middle with indoor seating as well. Just make sure you do not bring any food or drink because they will throw it all out.
Review Source:Awful food, really bad tea, wait staff really didn't seem to care. Â While the view IS lovely from the patio, not somewhere I would suggest visiting. Â Ordered chips & salsa, which were so bad (spoiled oil?!?!) Â should have been a clue, but hey the place overlooks the lake. Â Well everything else we ordered was either not good bordering on downright bad. Â When we informed the wait staff that the food was not good she replied "sorry, I don't eat here". Which is exactly what I'd suggest.
Review Source:we had our summer work party at sneaky pete's not too long ago (okay, last week). Â and with 200 employees drinking, swimming, drinking, eating, drinking, laughing and drinking... it felt a lot like the spring break you see in the kinds of movies where people like zac efron and lindsay lohan might be cast.
this place suited all of our needs -- there was a stage for our talent show, a pool for folks brave enough to get in a bathing suit in front of their coworkers, a gazebo bar for folks who wanted to drink in peace and solitude, and jet skis for people who really wanted to get away from everyone.
the inside was weird. Â lots of different rooms... a banquet room, another room where our food was set up, another room with a full sports bar. Â i was confused but i didn't care because inside was where the air conditioning was and so that's where i was. Â inside. Â sipping my iced water. Â being a grump in the stupid texas heat and humidity.
oh, and the ice cream / frozen yogurt machines were on for us i guess and sweet mother of all that is good, the chocolate machine made THE WORST noise possible whenever someone tried to make themselves a cone. Â sheesh.
do people in texas just like, you know, come here to hang out on a friday night? Â do you have to sign something in order to drink and swim and partake in activities? Â seems like a lawsuit waiting to happen...
My man was on the hunt for a sports bar carrying the Sunday Ticket--he made it a goal this year to watch every Raiders game.
I was on a mission to find some good brunch spots. After some research, I discovered that Sneaky Pete met our criteria for both brunch and sports. Add to that a lakeside view, and it seemed a perfect combination for a casual Sunday outing.
It did not bode well that at 1pm on Sunday the restaurant was nearly empty and understaffed. Cue in one clueless host, a young man who tried to explain that the sports bar and the restaurant were 2 separate entities, and he couldn't guess as to whether we would be allowed brunch in the bar. His job apparently was to direct traffic, coordinating with the bar staff on a wireless headpiece. (Our waitress later told us that we could.)
We stood around for 15 minutes or so while the staff tried to determine if they could project the game on one of dozens of outdated TV flat panels in the bar area. At one point we were told that the game wouldn't start until two hours later, until we informed them that we had just come from another bar where the game had already started.
We didn't get our game or our seats until 30 minutes later. Bar staff finally rolled up one of the pub tables and chairs and set us up in front of our TV. Man and I got up and perused the rather unexciting buffet tables in the restaurant next door. By this time, a staff member was manning the carving station and hot bar. Along with my chewy bacon, over-seasoned roasted veggies, dried out fish and unappetizing eggs benedict on cardboard muffin, I got to taste the cold, leathery roast beef. Everything had a high yuck factor and I discouraged the man--who at this point was glued to the TV screen--to stop consuming this crap before he got sick.
When our hostess finally showed up (at roughly 15-20 minute intervals to provide us our refills) we ordered some cheese fries and bread pudding to stave off the hunger. About this time the bar had filled up with football fans cheering their teams on, and I counted maybe 3 waitresses covering all the tables indoors as well as outdoors.
The cheese fries carried us for the rest of the game. At least it was edible, and dare I say, more palatable than our previous meal and dessert. Yes, the bread pudding turned out to be another disaster--a 3x3 hunk of super-dense, flavorless (previously frozen?) bread sat under a melting orb of ice cream and in a pool of caramel sauce. This was such a huge serving of pudding that I wondered if Sneaky Pete's thought size would outweigh quality. Regardless, more than half of it went uneaten by the time our game ended.
It's such a shame to see such potential at this venue wasted. Maybe Sneaky Pete's works better as an outdoor destination: Â the patio seating and bank of TVs, watercraft rentals, Â waterside pools and sand volleyball all looked attractive enough. Sadly the excellent lakeside view isn't enough to warrant a return visit. We blew $60+ on this visit, suffered stomach-churning time in the bathroom hours later--and to add insult to injury, they charged us $2 per can of soda. What bar doesn't offer fountain drinks?
This is a fun place to go with a group of friends to hang out at the lake and enjoy live music, food, and drinks. Â They have a nice patio that overlooks the lake and a pool right off of the patio steps. Â The food is mediocre. Â It's nothing to brag about, but it is good enough to consume, especially when you are hungry after being in the water all day.
Perfect days to go are Saturday and Sundays when the sun is out...it is bound to be packed. Â This is the ideal spot for summer days and nights for a cold beer while relaxing.
Sneaky petes is a great place to go if you want something a little different. Â The building sits close to the water with several volleyball courts, pools and boat docks for parking. Â Not to mention a pool table as well. Â Friday and saturday nights there is usually a band playing and sometimes karaoke. Â
With all of these great amenities you would think this place would be perfect to sit back and relax after a long day out on the water, but it falls short of that. Â On the nights that they have bands you can't even think because the music is so loud. Â I'm all for some loud music to get a good party going, but this is just over the top. Â
There are so many places outside to sit and do some people watching, but it just takes way to long to get a simple beer. Â This would be fine if they weren't standing around talking as i usually see them doing. Â I started ordering two drinks at a time just to keep one in my hand. Â
Food is horrible..enough said.
Like i said before Sneakys is a great place to go if you want something different and is one of the best people watching places around , but with the bad food and most important, lack of service, this is a place i only go to a few times a year and i think thats just sad!
Been here for brunch which was really great-but service was soooo slow.
Been there for drinks, atmosphere is great, service was soooo slow.
Been there for Ticketstock (or whatever the Ticket holds there each year) and the sheer number of people makes it kind of a mess-hard to navigate, and again-service is slow.
So mainly my lack of stars is for how long it takes to get a beer or food. The atmosphere however is great.
I've been to Sneaky Pete's a handful of times for friends birthdays and whatnot.
Each experience was awful. The last time I was there really took the cake, though.
Granted, it was a pretty busy night, and there were about 10 people in our party. So I was totally willing to be forgiving for moderately slow service.
Drink service was a joke. We were near one of the cabana things with a bar in it (if you've never been to Sneaky Pete's, it has quite sprawling grounds with various bars located throughout with picnic tables, etc in the grass, plus a pool, indoor seating, and seating on the patio), so we opted to bypass our awful waitress for booze. We'd order a shot or a mixed drink and we wouldn't get it for 15 minutes. When we're so close to that cabana, we can spit on it if we try. 15 minutes. So we just walked to get our own drinks and just kept tabs open at that bar.
That worked out fine. Until our waitress figured out that her tip wasn't going to be boosted by the copious booze our party was ordering. Then it was like we didn't exist.
She took our food orders, and we ALL ordered food. 30-45 minutes later, food arrived. Huzzah! Except mine. Everyone in our 10-12 person party got their correct food orders, and I had nothing. So I got our waitress's attention and asked her about my food (it was chicken strips and fries. nothing earth shatteringly difficult). She hemmed and hawed and said she'd go "check on it". She vanished for another 30 minutes. Literally did not see her. I even stood up and looked around, took a quick look around the corner... nothing. She finally comes back!
...Without my food. Awesome. All of my friends have now *finished* their food that they received 30 minutes ago. I asked her again what was going on with my food. She said that it was cooking. WHAT? I ordered over an hour ago, all of my friends are DONE eating and my chicken strips are only just now cooking?
She wanders off. Again. This really is a recurring theme, there... Every time I've been here, our waitress tends to wander off for huge chunks of time, never to be seen again.
Anyway, I'm able to flag her down about 15 minutes later (15 minutes after she told me my food was "cooking"). She comes over. I ask about the food. She just stares at me. I tell her that I don't want it anymore, all of my friends are ready to leave, take it off my check. I'm not paying for food I never ate.
She says, "Oh. well it's cooked. it's ready. Now you're saying that you don't want it?" YES. I DO NOT WANT IT. We ALL ORDERED Â at the same time, 2 hours ago. I am so not interested in this food. Take it off my check.
So she brings my check with still has the chicken strips on it. I have to flag her again and tell her that I'm not paying for food I never got. She goes to fix the check and is gone for another 15 minutes. She brings it back. It has the one drink I ordered from our waitress on it. Whatever. I do not tip. I NEVER fail to tip. This is the 2nd occasion in my entire life I've left zero tip.
On the way out, mercifully, I found a manager. I was so upset, I was teetering between tears and blind rage. I told him what happened, our waitress's name, and how absolutely ridiculous the entire situation was. He apologized profusely. I told him that it most certainly wasn't HIS fault personally, but he should check into that waitress and her service, because it's incredibly ridiculous. I then told him that I would never ever return for any reason. Birthday party, friend's night out. Never will return.
The manager gave me his card and encouraged me to return and ask for him. He was good, and he handled the situation the best he could seeing that it had happened so long before I talked to him. He's not the problem. The way that manager handled the situation is the only thing that kept me from screaming at the top of my lungs.
The service here has never been THAT bad before, but it's never been stellar. Drinks aren't cheap. Waitresses are slow and usually uninformed. Bartenders are usually nice, but obviously completely swamped when it's a weekend in the summer. Plus, there's always a wait when you get there. And, sometimes they get so swamped, they have to do "one out, one in" for fire code reasons. Awesome. I get to stand here and hope to christ that someone leaves in the next 5 minutes so I can go join my friends inside. Great.
Overall, I'd say I'd rather poke myself in the face with a sharpened stick than ever return to this place again. It LOOKS kind of neat, but it's not worth all the crap that goes with it.
It has probably been over 2 years since I last went to Sneaky Pete's and it looks like they're turning this place around again. Â (It goes through cycles.)
I sat outside on the patio on Saturday and had a pretty good time people watching with my wife.
Overiew: Located next to Eagle Point marina Sneaky Pete's is a family destination offering food, live music, swimming pools, volleyball courts, etc. (I think it even has a small video arcade?). Â Drive-in by car or boat.
Pros: Â The menu has a little bit of everything and they have a pretty good selection of beverages. Â The queso, pizza, and calzones are probably some of the tastier things on the menu.
On weekends there is typically some type of live music indoor or outdoor as weather allows. Â I sat outside my last visit with the live band playing inside behind me and the insulation on the doors/windows is very good! Â I could clearly hear the music but it wasn't so loud I couldn't have a conversation at normal volumes.
Cons: This place can get busy so seating can be limited and sometimes you have a long wait to get served.
Specific to this visit: Overall a nice visit. Â The waitress was attentive tho she brought me the wrong beer (partially my fault b/c I kept switching it up) at one point.
If you're used to going to Denton and getting yourself and 4 buddies alcohol poisoning on $50 then this place might seem spendy. Â If you're used to paying $10 a drink in the ritzy parts Dallas then this place seems cheap in comparison. Â Two people, 7 beers, and some chips and queso ran us around $45-50. Â Tho it might have been cheaper if the kegs were operational.
As this is under Sports Bars and not Restaurants, I am giving this a 5 star rating.
While the sports bar located indoors with many flat screen TVs is quite huge and spacious, I would never spend my time at Sneaky Pete's indoors. OUTDOORS is the place to be here!
Pros:
1) Yes, it is on a lake which is probably my favorite thing about the place, but they also have a separate bar ON the lake where you can look out from
2) You can actually SWIM in said lake...and they let you bring your beer bottles in! Which could also be considered a con if you step on one...
3) Swimming pool!
4) Pool volleyball!
5) Sand volleyball!
6) Cool awesome water slide!
7) Live band!
8) Giveaways! I got a free Absolut Vodka tank top by screaming out the lyrics to a song that was playing - fantastic!
9) If it's your birthday, they will announce it and have you come up to the stage and do silly fun things and you can win shirts, etc.
10) The place is huge! So even if it feels crowded, you will always find a picnic table somewhere outside - one of the times I've gone was during the World Cup game and there was still enough space!
Cons:
1) Service isn't the best - the waitresses can be slow and unhappy, but wouldn't you be too considering how huge of a place this is and how HOT they must be running around in the summer all day in the blazing sun?
2) Children..kids...I'm not a huge fan of them. But they love that swimming pool and for some reason they all have oblivious parents who have no idea their kid is purposely splashing you and laughing. I almost choked a 12 year old boy one day. haha j/k
3) Swimming pool falls under the shade of the tree so if you want to tan, you gotta take it to the lake
4) Pool volleyball isn't very fun with that many children around. Also, the "court" is a little small
5) Waterslide costs $20 for under 5 minutes
6) Live bands can get SUPER loud near the pool so it's better to go out to the lake and enjoy from afar
7) Food isn't awesome but it isn't horrible either
Great place to tell your significant other for the first time that you love them. :)
Having mentioned in other reviews that my sig. other, Jamie and I find places that are "not quite right" I will state that Sneaky Petes is not quite right.
This place could use a serious remodel (or at least a good cleaning) and to call this bar food is an insult to bar food.
But, the pool is cool in the summer for the kiddos and having drinks while the kids play is alright by me.
Oh, and don't forget the views of the lake and the people watching! Â Extra star there.
Location, Location, Location! That's what Sneaky Pete's is good for. It's location right on Lake Lewisville gives it a great scene to be around and enjoy some drinks on a hot summer day. The menu offers an array of appetizers, salad, burgers, and entrees, but seriously if you order a steak don't expect anything great for $16. The typical chips & queso, burgers, and mozz. sticks aren't a bad choice, ya know bar food :)
If you go during the week, you won't see the crowd that typically shows up for Saturdays, Sundays, and especially Holidays (i.e. Memorial Day, Labor Day, and 4th of July). I'd recommend going there with a heaping spoon of patience! The service can be slow during peak times with what could seem like a small village's population crowding a bar.
The live bands on the weekends are a plus!
I've been hearing about Sneaky Pete's for years and for some reason thought it was a strip club. I finally went this past weekend and learned that it's not a strip joint, but it may as well be with all the bikini's and bad tattoos running around the place.
We drove up in a boat, docked, and walked up to Pete's, which is massive. There are sand volleyball courts, swimming pools, and one of the pools was setup with a net for water volleyball. The water in the swimming pool was the same color as the lake water, and we all know Lake Lewisville isn't the cleanest. There were also a lot of kids in the pool, which makes me think pee-water. Regardless, everyone in the pool looked to be having a good time. Â
About the time we got there on Sunday, there was a reggae band which wasn't the best reggae band I've ever heard, but they were alright.
I had a pina-coloda, which was yummy, and I split the southwest chicken with someone else in our group. I wasn't too impressed with the food. The chicken came smothered in cheese and peppers and something that tastes like bar-b-q sauce. It was also greasy. The chicken itself wasn't bad once you could get all the crap off of it.
Our waitress was a bit slow, but she had a far walk so I'll cut her a bit of slack there. She wasn't the friendliest waitress either, but then again, she was busy dodging kids running around the pool and working an outdoor patio in 100 degree heat. Home-girl probably deserves a medal for not strangling some drunk asshole after dealing with all that for a shift.
Sneaky Pete's is one of those places where you go to have fun and not really to eat. If you do go there to eat, you are most likely drunk or starving or both - so food quality shouldn't really be an issue at that point.
Let's face the facts: when you are drunk you will eat pasta covered in ketchup and think it's the best freakin' meal ever.
Pluses: One of the few places in all of DFW to eat on a lake; one of if not the only restaurant where boats can pull up and dock and get lunch / dinner.
Minuses: Their food is just not very good. Â When you are there you aren't expecting a lot but it really doesn't taste great and the service is very slow.
Even with the minuses, it is all part of lake culture and slow service and below average food can be very good when accompanied by a cold beer and a view of the lake.
I don't like sports bars. I don't like riding my motorycle up 35 to get there. I have avoided the food because I assume it will suck (but after reading some of the other reviews, I may change my mind).
But I still like the place: First, I like that they have motorcycle parking. Next, I love that they have a pool and you can more or less walk around in shorts sans shoes all day if you want. It has a "no shirt no shoes no problem" vibe to it. They have good drink specials and the servers are really low key considering how wild assed it can get. Sneaky Pete's has a couple of sand volleyball courts and a bar right over the water. Sneaky Pete's is sorta meat market-ish, but being way out on Lake Lewisville, most of the tools won't drive that far (they need money to spend on frosted tips and Affliction shirts, not on gas: "Don't you know I'm training to be a cage fighter?!").
Since I don't have a boat (or a lake house, for that matter), Sneaky Pete's is about as close as I can get to feeling like I'm hanging out the lake with my friends.
Well I went here twice. Usually I give a review after one time, but now its two times and wow this place is FUN!
A pool, volleyball, and a dock to dock your boat when you are out on the lake if you want some food and to relax. You can dock your boat for however long you want and jump in the lake, swim, hang out, whatever.
Food is great. A little pricey but definitely worth it. I had nachoes the second time and loved it and the coconut shrimp and loved it. They try their best to do the best they can for waiter/waitress service but often at times its crowded so. Â To accommodate the crowd they have a outdoor bar (2 I think) and they don't allow you to take liquor/drinks/beer out to the docks, but you can have that in your boat and walk around the docks but not take it inside the resturant.
I''m a woman who loves sports so I was in heaven with ESPN, ESPN2 and sports being on all the TVs. Indoors/outdoors/bar there were sports shows/games on the TVs.
I love it. Will definitely go. Have a party, get together...just plain fun!
PS You might not want to go if you don't want to stare @ cute/semi-cute waitresses all day and such. Bunch of men, older men come here to oolge, stare, and look around......personally I had fun and enjoy looking w/ em.....all fun and games.
This place is fun, but I agree with M.J. that the customers are a little "rough around the edges." Â This is the place where middle-aged men can look at the cute waitresses while they (and their wives) get TRASHED.
On the up side, my boyfriend and I were actually quite impressed with the food. Â It was good.
Service was just okay, but I don't think the guys notice how long it takes to get their food since it all comes with a side of boobies.
I grew up at this place literally. I started going here with my family several times a week while boating on Lake Lewisville when I was around 12 and 25 years later I continue to have happy experiences here.
They do a great brunch buffet; but, I would suggest it post boating. Â I can not imagine wanting to ski after stuffing myself with all you can eat and topping it off with a Mimosa or Bloody Mary..
They have a large bar, tvs, pools, volley bar courts, and a somewhat decent view of the lake. Great place just to relax with friends.
The clientelle can be a little "rough around the edges", or I will just say it, trashy. If you can ignore that though and come with your own group, it can be fun.
