Saw Pretty Things Peepshow here on 12/10 and this venue is completely inadequate for this type of show. Â There are minimal tables/chairs which leads to tall people standing in front of the stage (we were unable to see Lil' Miss Firefly's routine). Â Do yourself a favor and drive to Huntington for shows like this instead of seeing them here.
Review Source:The Sound Factory is a great place to go for music, fun, and friends. Whether you are downstairs on the weekend listening to the latest band, dancing, and drinking or upstairs in the cozier, more intimate part of The Sound Factory, you are guaranteed to have a good time. There is no doubt about it that the downtown Charleston scene is lucky to have The Sound Factory.
Review Source:I was in Charleston for business and at 11pm - the choices are very limited. I was not in the mood for pizza, so the gal at the hotel registration desk gave me a photocopied menu with a number scrawled on it.
The menu had decent options from wings, burgers, sandwiches, salads, and appetizers. A pretty good spread for delivery. There is a $10 minimum order for delivery, so I had to order more than just a burger.
I ordered the hot wings and BBQ Burger. Oh yeah, this hit the spot. The wings were good and saucy with a nice buffalo flavor...not too hot. The burger was huge! Loaded with cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, and bacon served on a hearty sesame seed bun. Very good.
I can't tell you about the atmosphere of the place since I was in my hotel room, but the food was very good and their kitchen is open until 2am. Score!
