The Stables Martini & Cigar Bar

Next to the Last time I was in there, the Black African American Cook, wife and son were fighting with a customer due to the customer asking the cook manning the grill outside if the ribs were baby back.  The cook got mad for no reason and started a fist fight with the customer and cooks family members joined in.  I was surprised i didn't hear about a lawsuit after the unprovoked Dore's workers beating a customer up.   Then after this happened, a week later I was there and the same cook got into it with another customer.  I didn't hear how it started but the customer was saying" I was just asking how much a plate of BBQ was"  If your a white male, Stay out of here unless you want a beating by the staff.

I enjoyed coming here to hang out while visiting family in Bay City. It wasn't overcrowded. The martinis are a bit expensive, I will stick to beer and the occasional mixed drink next time. I do think it's odd that you can smoke cigars inside but not cigarettes. I am from Texas and we can smoke in bars down here. It goes hand in hand. Smoking and drinking. It was a fun experience though.

It's an ok place to sit down and get away from the drunks on Midland street and have a sit down place with friends. Didn't order food or drinks so can't atest to that. Seemed nice....
