I was expecting a lot more from a hookah lounge that carries the name of the major company, Starbuzz, unfortunately I was a bit disappointed.
To start off, as soon as we walked in there was nobody at the counter for a good 5 minutes or so, and you have to wait to be seated. As soon as we were greeted we were 'assigned' a spot to sit down at. There were many empty areas, but apparently the owner doesn't allow customers to sit at "his couch" and the rest were reserved. I find that a bit lame that the owner would rather have his own couch than cater to his customers. I've never been to a hookah bar where my seat was assigned.
The girl who helped us was a bit slow and didn't really know too much about the product. She tried her best to be helpful and friendly. A little awkward, but not bad.
I read in many reviews that coal service was quick and pretty steady, however, it seemed a bit slow for my liking. I'm used to my coal boy coming every 5 minutes or so to check on everything. They normally continue to make rounds around the hookah bar to make sure everything is okay.
I've been to some really great hookah bars in the area. This one is one of my least favorites.
I may have expected too much with the name, or maybe they are slacking a bit.
One thing I really liked was the metal/rock music they play, without blasting your eardrums out while you try and socialize with your friends. Most hookah bars play rap or techno.
Other reviewers are right about the high school crowd, very young crowd, so no drinking at this hookah bar. However, Killarney's Irish Bar & Grill is in the same plaza :) Check that out.
This place is pretty fun. Just came here for a birthday last week, it was a little hard to find...coming from San Diego and rarely ever making it down to Temecula, I was a little bit put-off because Starbuzz had literally no lights on that you could see from the outside.
Once we got in, the environment was pretty cool. My group of friends and I were being looked at like everyone knew we weren't regulars though which was a little awkward. Â
The girl who seated us was so so so nice! I asked her name at the end but I totally forgot was it was, but she was so nice and clear when she spoke.
There were 8 of us and all the little cozy couches were taken so we all had to sit on one long couch located towards the back of the building, it was super weird seating because we were lined up and not facing each other.
The menu for all the different types of flavors was extensive so it was fun to choose from!
The group of us weren't planning on ordering more than 2 hookah's, but the girl told us that they give out 1 hookah per 2 people, which worked out I guess with the 8 of us being there.
That night, the hookah's were on special for only $9.99 (we came on a Wednesday)! Usually they are $15.99 I think is what we were told. For each refill, it is $5.99. My hookah got a free refill because I told them that it was my birthday so that was super cool that they did that.
As soon as the hookah's became harsh, we let another guy know and he fixed them right away, this same guy also made us a "special blend" for our free refill, and gave 2 of my girlfriends a free refill..he must have liked them.
Overall, the experience was a good one and my boyfriend only paid $12.99 for one hookah and 2 refills!
Will come back if I'm ever in the area again.
This is a great place to just unwind and hangout with your buddies. The employees are easy to work with and the prices are the best I've seen. Tons of flavors and even more if you want to get adventurous and mix them. Really the best place to hangout if your under 21 haha. Defiantly I would say check out this place, you won't be disappointed.

My friends and I were looking to go out (us being 20 years old gives us limited options), and have a good night, without drinking and decided to go to starbuzz in Temecula. My friend and I had tried to go one day without a reservation on a friday night at around 10 and we were basically turned away at the door because it was so packed. This time we knew better, so we called around 8pm to get a couch reservation at 10:30pm. The girl I talked to on the phone was extremely nice and helpful and answered all the questions I asked.
When we arrived we were greeted with flashing lights and bumping top 40 music coming from the DJ, which is excatally what we needed that night, (we were not looking for calm hookah bar, its more like a club). The girl helped us right away when we got to the counter and she seated us. We had a great time, the flavors were awesome (I would suggest acid purple and alice in wonderland) and the unlimited flavor changes were definatly worth it! At the end of the night the three of us split the bill and, with getting 1 drink each, it came out to $11.50! Very cheap, good hookah and a fun time if your under 21 and looking for a awesome night out!
Haven't been here in about a year or so and this place is still awesome! Saw that they opened at 5PM, but they didn't have their open sign on, so my friend and I stayed in the car until someone else went in LOL. Happy hour is from 5pm to 8pm, basically the same as before. About $10 a hookah. They also offer an apple bowl for your hookah, I forgot the price though. The Alice in Wonderland mix was pretty good, really fruity. Their service is still exceptional. They check up on you and change your coals fairly often, and if your hookah is starting to hit hard or harsh, they're more than happy to help you out. I love it, because it makes the shisha, and all that last so much longer! I also loved that they played movies too! It's a great place, it's worth it to check it out!

I'm not sure exactly what their specials are now, or when their happy hour is, but I know they changed it, because my friend and I just went there last night (Tues) and the hostess charged us the regular price. Â We were pretty disappointed considering their $10 hookah special was the main reason we even went on a Tuesday night. Â Bad move on their part in my opinion. Â I probably won't be going there as often now.
This is Temecula's  first and obviously only hookah lounge. Me and some friends came here late night to check it out. I have to say i was very impressed. Temecula is not known for having lounges that are open until 2:00 AM. Thats a huge plus.
The music is actually on point. Mostly top 20 and alot of remixes along with a few old joints. Mostly Hip-Hop throughout the night. Â There are flat screens along the walls playing misc. shows from MTV couches along the walls.
They have a huge variety of Hookah to choose from and its all pretty inexpensive.
This place has alot of potential as long as the usual douchbags don't mess it up. Keep it classy Starbuzz, so far so good!
Bottom line, if you like hookah, it's a really chill place to come and relax with people and just have a good time. Lets see how long it lasts!
