Stats Sports Bar and Grill

Stats is a solid three star sports bar. It's clearly a place for locals, and smoking is allowed inside. The smoking bothered me more when I smelled my hair after I left than when I was inside, and the regulars were a mixed bag of super friendly, weird, and realllly drunk.  Oh well, entertaining anyway.

Ordered several appetizers: the mac n cheese bites, chicken bites, and a quesadilla.  The mac n cheese bites were awesome; not too greasy, but full of cheese and flavor.  The chicken was average, but we asked for it to be tossed in the sauce, and they just left the sauce on the side.  The quesadilla was fine.

We went to watch the Stanley Cup, and were pleasantly surprised about the night's specials.  We played trivia, mostly because it was fun and non-committal (they even come around to take your scores from you, so you never have to get up) and we got two free shots each for playing.  We also bought their logo glasses for cheaper refills- I don't know if I'll use mine much, but it was cheap and adds to our glass collection, anyway.

Stats is a solid sports bar, especially for the area, and is comfortably between dive bar and chain eatery.  I wouldn't go back for just the food or the drinks, but if I wanted to watch a game with company (or wanted some weird entertainment, like turtle races or midget wrestling) I'd make it my first choice for the area.

I order fried mushrooms, they were not even made correctly. Bar is fully stocked having said that i would not go for food.

This place is awful, over priced and smokey. Full of regulars that get ALL of the attention from staff. I thought we had our own server since we sat at a table. FIFTEEN minutes go by and I still had an empty beer. I finally got tired of waiting on her that I tried to get a bartender's attention, but between them talking to regulars and checking their phones I gave up and left.
