First of all, I don't want to fight with the person making me a sandwich. I would just prefer they speak English or at least understand it. And knowing what their menu says would be awesome too. Tried their breakfast this morning since the Sunday paper had a coupon for a free 6" when you buy a drink. Got a coffee - wanted a small 1.19 coffee but they only had one size. The small cup for 1.49. Whatever, I just need coffee for breakfast. Ordered the sandwich on a sub bun and was told they didn't have sub buns only the menu said: sub, flatbread, or English muffin. And I could totally see the sub bread behind the girl! This is where her ability to speak English would have come in handy. I finally pointed to the bread and up to the sign "sub" and she ended up giving me the bread. Fast forward to the food/drink review. Coffee was WORST I have ever tasted. I think the coffee was filtered through an iced tea bag. FUNKY and it had GROUNDS!! The sandwich was not worth the hastle of going through explanations of the English language to get it. I just don't have time for that in the mornings. I rarely eat a fast food breakfast and the next time I do, it won't be Subway.
